BAD experience In November of 2023, I purchased a bedroom set from Lara’s furniture which included a bed frame, dresser and two nightstands. The entire set is a white solid wood with some designs. When I received the furniture everything came as expected. There were some small imperfections but nothing too obvious. A couple months later, I started noticing brown rings on the dresser. Keep in mind, the only thing I use to clean my furniture is a duster. I don’t use any products on it. It’s now February, the paint is chipping and brown rings are now appearing in multiple places. Also, I noticed a small air bubble in the paint. I tried to wipe it with my finger and the paint just smudged leaving a small circle (shown in the pictures below). Nothing but a tv sets on this dresser and the marks on my dresser doesn’t look like something a tv would do. I contacted the store on February 14th and was told that they would need to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they would be able to do something about it. I reached out again the next day through txt and calls. They have yet to respond back. This is very disappointing because I purchased my bedroom and table set from them and was considering buying a couch set. February 21st they had 2 workers come and take pictures for proof of damage to the furniture but not to repair. The workers told me that someone from the store will contact me the next day for an update. They never contacted me until I decided to call 2 days later and ask them whats going on. Whoever that old man was that I spoke with had a nasty attitude on the phone with me. He said he’ll send someone out again to take another look at the furniture AFTER I’ve already sent pictures prior to them coming and taking pictures themselves. He told me they are not liable for whatever happened to the furniture and that he can’t do anything about it. Walleed was helpful but that old man he got working in there is rude af. Do not do any business with him. Save yourself tons of aggravation and frustration, and go anywhere else but...

My furniture started falling apart within 2 weeks. I purchased sofa set within 2 weeks went to recline left side it got stuck, never reclined again.

Next went to reach hand in cubby just to find out the bottom feel through. Staples gave way guess 1 remote controller was to heavy. Cut my hand on the staples.

Next problem cut on the LED lights on sofa only the right side worked. lol

Now the bed platform 1st was laying on it and boom, my wife and I hit the floor. Wood railing broke. Then buttons were falling off. So I decided forget it had bed redone, fixed and sold it on market place.

So that’s $3400.00 waisted right there. Run from this place janky furniture.

Best thing I purchased were my glass pictures (2) rug (1) free and mirror table.

Had to go spend another $2600 on a real sofa the reclines very well and came with warranty from ROOMS TO GO!!!!

Why you keep commenting, you bought a cheap couch from me what do you expect to last you lifetime, that was pleather, the market was higher at that time everything was more expensive then now, when you came here you was all happy to see me you choose something cheap I have real leather but was out of your budget what do you want me to do. If i could rate 0 then I would.. I purchased a sofa here in AUGUST.. Next thing I know, the thread is coming up in three spots.. Also, the man who delivered my sofa BROKE my sectional so it no longer was a sectional and it kept sliding.. So I called and spoke with Wali… They sent the SAME ppl back out after lying for weeks and weeks and he “fixed” it.. Guess what.. TODAY, it just slid again and broke off because he dumb self only screwed it back in.. WASTE OF $2000 .. I keep my house very clean and spotless and people barely sits on my couch. This is sad and ill never purchase anything from this scam...
