Paul was very helpful, I needed a board tech to look at my GPU after I had dismounted it from a custom loop water cooler that it had came pre-assembled from the previous owner with when troubleshooting, and I didn't do a very good job reassembling it with the stock cooler once done troubleshooting and disassembling the loop. Paul stayed after-hours the same day I called for me to drop off the GPU. Once they had a chance to look at it the issues present were deemed to in-depth to perform at this location, and while the card still has not had repairs performed I greatly appreciate the honesty and refusal to work on something they were afraid could become more of an issue by accepting to service. The issues I was facing turned out to be missing components on the PCB itself, which would be very difficult to repair and would require intense precision. The diagnostics I received from WizTech were good to know so I have more information as to what to do next with the GPU, whether to sell as a donor board for parts or to reach out to a more specialized board repair shop to perform the work needed. I lost all power to my PC after a storm and thought it was a power supply issue. Paul was so informative and very trustworthy in all aspects. He didn’t try to add on costs or make an issue out to be something bigger to make more money, he was on top of all communication giving explanations for what I didn’t understand and options for different routes we could take depending what I could afford. Took about a week to get my pc back. Super clean shop, easy going and honest dude. 100% would recommend and would go only here for my computer repairs/data recovery.

Second time, my pc was a victim of those massive power outages, and it caused some sort of issue to where when I turned it on it wouldn’t even connect to my screen and would keep shutting on and off by its self, it was so frustrating and I had no idea what to do. Update to original review (8/24/23) After I purchased a new lap top, I contacted Paul to see if he could clone my new computer to my old one. He not only successfuly completed this work, but also fixed some wonky issues with my old computer so that I can use it as a back-up if needed. If I could give Paul more than 5 stars, I would. He is a tenacious problem solver and wonderful at explaining technical jargon Do not hesitate to utilize Paul's technical knowledge and expertise.
