Chevon and her team are wonderful to have around! They’re almost always on location working on apartments to rent out or for you, if you have general inquiries/troubles, otherwise, If you’re a respectful and courteous tenet, there is borderline no interaction with the property manager, and their team (a huge plus in my anti-social book). Also, on top of that, they will address any problems you have in an extremely timely manner! This is definitely a family heavy apartment complex so that may be a turn off for college kids but, as a father of a 1 year old, it brings immeasurable peace to know I’m around other families that are kind and respectful! Chevon was extremely helpful with my moving situation too, coming from states away is sometimes a bit of a pain with the logistics and trying to secure apartment and they made it as painless as possible and I will always be grateful for their help in me becoming a citizen of Tennessee! Had just moved to TN and looked at alot of places. Chevon is what sold me on calling this place home. She's genuinely down to earth and was so kind in answering all my questions. I could never thank her enough for just being the person she is. I cherish the fact I met her and she welcomed me into the community. I lived in a townhouse and it felt like home from day 1. My profession requires me to travel and I've stayed here once before in the past, must say I am happy to return. Nice quite place where everyone keeps to themselves. The manager Chevon is quite professional and accommodating. Had a couple appliance issues when I moved in and they were fixed within 24 hrs of reporting it. Maintenance was very professional as well, left a buisness card so I knew they had visited. The manager even text me to let me know that all is working appropriately now.
