Peach Cobbler Factory recently opened next to Camacho's Famous Pizza (a must go) on Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd in Clarksville Tennessee. The crowds were overwhelming in typically Clarksville fashion for the opening days/week. Now, it is much less crowded to visit the Peach Cobbler Factory. I try not to be too critical at any newly opened restaurant. The kinks must be worked out. I think I went on day 3, and I must say that the crowds were ridiculous, but the service was perfect. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Now to the not so good. When I went, the Peach Cobbler Factory was out of numerous items. No Blackberry Cobbler, no chocolate milk and list goes on. I know that they just opened and had large crowds, but you have to plan on that and not disappoint new customers. Despite having wonderful service, the Peach Cobbler Factory was woefully unprepared for the crowds that were present. I waited 25 minutes to order, yet there were only 10 people in front of me. It was totally unacceptable. In addition, I waited 25 minutes for a classic banana pudding and a Peach Cobbler. Two items you think would be readily available at a business named the Peach Cobbler Factory. Some people may go all gaga over the food offerings at the Peach Cobbler Factory. For me, it was so so. Desserts are like pizza. What you think is the best is a hard pass for me and vice versa. So, by all means, try the Peach Cobbler Factory. With that name, I was expecting the best or nearly the best Cobbler ever. Not even close. It was okay easily. Just not 50 minutes wait worth. If you go to Camacho's to try some pizza, pop over to try Peach Cobbler Factory. Other than that, I don't believe the effort is worth the reward.

This was my second time here. The first time i went it was the end of the day. I ordered a variety of cobbler and everyone was warm, delicious and mouth watering. I went back today about 45 minutes after they opened and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered the orginial peach cobbler. The crust was very doughy and the ice cream was completely frozen. My son got the plain brownie with whipped cream on top. But the brownie was so cold it was hard as a rock. We couldn't even get a fork through it. We had to take it home, scrape off the whipped cream and put it in the microwave to soften it up. It tasted fine, but nothing explosive. There was only 1 employee on staff and she was multitasking, maybe being overwhelmed. Because the first time was a great experience in every way, I will try them again. Everyone can have a bad day.

This was our second visit. The first time we order the regular cobbler‘s, which came with ice cream. That was a good this visit. We ordered the flight not so very happy with that being $18 but you didn’t include the ice cream. So I just put an extra five dollars to get ice cream with the flight. but for the price it’s not worth it to me. Overall, the cobbler is pretty decent. It’s just the price at the end of the day is too high. the customer flow is in this particular store is bad and I mean very bad because you’re on top of each other when people come into order. For those reasons it’ll be a special occasion but not an oh I want ice cream kind of place.

Overall Pretty Disappointing. Small Portions, High Prices, and Low Quality Cobbler

Service 3/5: The service wasn't bad, the lady was nice but severely overworked. because of this the wait time was pretty long, we ordered and had several people order after us and get their food before us, our food was literally sitting on the counter however because of their system the poor lady was running circles trying to check out people in line and serve the cobbler to people. You had one lady upfront with some of the cobbler and then everyone else was in the kitchen because of this, when the kitchen put our food on the counter it sat there for a solid 10 minutes and nobody from the kitchen even said anything to let her know it was sitting there she saw it just out of chance. I hope the lady upfront is paid good for the amount of work she was doing.

Price 1/5: Super Expensive for Super Small Portions we order the Desert Flight which is 18 Dollars for 4 4oz Puddings/Cobblers. Theses cups are super small, for comparison look at a 1/2 measuring cup. Pretty much everything in the store was $8 with the exception of their normal cookies which were $6 their cobbler cookie is $8 and the drinks. Their Cookies according to the person up front are around the same size as crumble except thinner.

Food 2/5: We got the Caramel Apple Cobbler, The Mango Peach Cobbler, The OG Pudding, and the New York Cheesecake Pudding. The food was incredibly below average, the cobblers taste like the frozen stuff you get at the store. The fruit tasted canned, and the breading tasted like store bought pie crust, for the price i was expecting a lot more. You'd be better off buying a whole frozen cobbler from the store for the same price. The pudding was okay but it tasted like Jello Pudding which doesn't mean its bad pudding but for the price is sad.

Overall ill probably never come back, i may come one day to try the cobbler cookie but for $8 probably not. All the customers looked pretty disappointed as well, one older couple next to us, the man took a bite of his cobbler and one look at his face could tell you he...

I was not Wowed by the place like I thought I would be. I did the flight. The flight in pictures on the menu looks like a good portion but..it's TINY cups in reality. Truly false advertising. The picture of the flight on their menu should accurately depict the small tiny little cups that they give you instead of larger ones. The regular 8 dollar cups are to small to be paying 8 bucks. Maybe 5-6 bucks but not 8. The banana pudding on a plus side is very good. We got a regular, Red velvet and Nutella. The regular was AMAZING. the red velvet was lack Luster. You can't taste the red velvet. The Nutella...🤣🤣 Whoever made it was not the brightest crayon. They put the Nutella in the bottom of the cup. Then the banana pudding on top and then they refrigerate them. Nutella gets Hard as a rock if it's cold and you can't get it in the bite with the banana pudding also it was hard for us to figure out which was wich without digging in them. Put the Nutella over the top of the banana pudding and people will actually be able to enjoy both flavors. We also got the apple Carmel but they leave the ice cream off if it's in the flight I guess?! Which on it's own it was good but entirely to sweet. Also we stood in line for at least a hour. An there was about 4...
