First and last time shopping here. I bought several comics and 2 games or so I thought… I got home and realized there was an additional game in my bag that I had not intended to purchase. I called the store and let them know and said I’d be happy to bring it right back as it was a mistake and it was a game I did not I tend to buy, no big deal it happens. They told me it was my fault for not communicating better and for not double checking my bag before I left. When I explained to her again that I never wanted to buy this game, it was put with my sale by mistake, she continued to say regardless of whose fault it is I’m stuck w the game or can exchange in 72 hours. but there weren’t any others there I wanted, as I had just purchased what I did want. Lesson learned for me; I will be more careful when checking my receipt from now on, and I will not be shopping there again. Ya know, it was the sales girls mistake and it wasn’t that big of a deal…. If you're a toy collector, this place is an absolute must-visit. I stopped by on a Saturday night and was immediately welcomed by a great group of people who were enjoying a lively card game—either Magic: The Gathering or Dungeons & Dragons. Honestly, though, I couldn't take my eyes off the massive selection of action figures. With such an impressive variety, it was impossible not to get lost in the rows of collectibles. After about 40 minutes, I walked out with over $600 worth of figures from iconic brands like TMNT, GI Joe, Marvel Legends, WWE, Funko, and more. It's definitely a toy...

I absolutely love this place! They are so welcoming and cool; it's the exact vibe you hope for with a store like this. Often, there are discussions being held with customers and employees alike.

I don't even come in very often (maybe once a month or so), and on my most recent visit yesterday, they welcomed me and even directed me to their Gundam models, which had been moved in their recent remodel. They even informed me they'd be receiving more soon lol.
