I went to get a blow out and the girl that did my hair was terrible. My appointment was at 2pm and I didn’t get out of there until 5pm. It normally takes 1 hour to get a wash, condition and blow out. She also convinced me that the reason my hair wouldn’t straighten was because it was so dry. She cut and cut and kept cutting my hair. She cut at least 4 inches of my hair off. And it was still looking terrible. I will never ever go back to JPenney salon. Never ever experienced such disaster. And then she kept fiddling around with the register when it was time to pay. I know she was embarrassed to even tell me that the cost was 75 dollars. It seems they would have better licensed stylists. I normally pay 50 dollars at the blow out on Brentwood and I get Prestige services. Please don’t go here ever. You will be dissatisfied and your hair will look terrible. I honestly think her flat irons were cheap as well as her blow dryer. Just not equipped to do the job properly at all.

Read moreNot only is the store always in complete disarray, but tonight we went in at about 15 till 6, not knowing they were about to close. It was never announced that they were closing, and after a few minutes a salesperson came over and asked if she could help us look through the mess of shirts and asked if we needed anything, we said no thank you, and again we’re not told that they were about to close. About two minutes later I hear a woman start yelling at me “MAM YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, YOU HAVE TO GET OUT WE ARE CLOSING” I apologized and told her I was sorry and had no idea they were closing, she then continued to rant and tell us to get out because she had to do drawer counts and things and told me again and again that I had to get out. Read moreI took my watch I purchased from JCP to be redipped and to have the battery replaced before everything shut down from COVID-19. I have called customer service who transfers me to the jewelry department, where all you can do is leave a message with your receipt number & store number. It says to allow 5 business days for a returned call, it has been 3 weeks & no one will call me back. I have been in person to the Clarksville, Tennessee store where I took my watch to be sent off for repair with the 2 year protection plan JCP sold me when the watch was originally purchased & the woman never looked my name or account up in the system, she simply said it would be 3 or 4 more weeks. I still haven't got any answers...
