I ordered 2 items that were already made and ready in the display window. I watched the manager put cookies that were made on top of cookies that were sitting there so as to bury the older cookies, making them sit there even longer I feel for the person who got that cookie however old it was. I watched the cashier pull the food I ordered and set it next to the microwave (there was already something being warmed in it) Anyway while I was waiting several people made their orders and were given them. While I waited they changed cashiers and the cashier who took my order walked into the back and came back out into the general area on her phone. She was talking to the manager where everyone could see on her phone. When we finally, after about 10 minutes asked to speak with the manager we told her our problems and she walked away, talked to the cashier, came back asked what we ordered again, then walked away again. Personally I feel like she should have apologized first, but that may just be me. As she brought us our food she said sorry told us they were understaffed which was why the employee was on her phone, she was trying to get in contact with the several employees who called out. I dont know what qualifies as understaffed for that location but I saw at least 6 employees working, they seemed busy but not as understaffed as the manager made it out to be. Also, the manager who was preparing food had long hair that was down no hair nets and it wasn't tied up to keep it from falling into the food which is gross, and against Tennessee health code. There were also at least one person (I think 2) wearing fake nails or nail polish and no gloves which is also against health code. Generally this wouldn't bother me too much, but with everything else it was just a bad culmination. Shout out to Miguel though I dont know if it is procedure for Cinnabon but he was very thorough and wiped the drink cups off with a napkin before giving them to the customers. He had a system and was efficient to hand the customers clean cups which I can appreciate as I hate getting sticky hands from cups. He wiped all of the sides...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas super excited to see Cinnabon at the mall and had to get a classic roll. However the wait was long but I love cinnamon rolls so waited anyway. The staff waiting on the customers did not give the best service. My daughter ordered a fudge sundae because they didnāt have the first thing she wanted. The girl making it asked if she wanted cherry and whipped cream and we said yes but neither was added, then it was made with chocolate ice cream which was odd to me because every sundae I have ever had was vanilla ice cream with fudge on top but we let it go and sat on the floor next to the wall to eat it , because no seats were available. My roll started pretty good but was super doughy closer to the center which I have never had before in a cinnamon roll and wasnāt going to eat it now. The same girl that made the sundae said , oh itās supposed to be like that we make them medium done which is like medium rare.... ewwww , no thanks!!! So thatās how my first time at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Cinnabon has got it going on!! The friendliness and the attentiveness of the staff, far supercede the standards. But I'm going to brag about my amazing coffee experience! I'm always dragging around tired, lethargic. Their coffee actually wakes me up, puts a pep in my step. One of the calmest, smoothest employee offered me a delightful combination of a sweet yet strong hot coffee. Match that magic coffee with a baked treat and youre golden. I've nick named that magical coffee the "Twan" if that coffee doesn't wake up the dead I don't know what will. Sorry Starbucks but you'll have to take a close second on this one. I highly recommend 2-3 creamers with 2 sweet and lows and your "Twan" is good to go. Prepare to...
