El Bracero of Clarksville Morris Rd — Restaurant in Clarksville

I am.torn. This is my 1st time eating here. Food did come out super quick. The problem is, the end. When the server came back with the check, I said let me give you my card now while you're here. She took out the card machine and did it right there. Then she says "the only thing I need, is for you to sign" and then handed me the machine. When looking at it, I didn't see anywhere to add a tip, and I figured that it would be on the receipt when it was printed out and that's fine because I would rather tip cash. She then asks " do you want a receipt", absolutely yes. She gave me the recipt and a few mins later, I picked it up and she gave herself a 20% tip. Oh that's how we do things in this establishment. I went up front to ask for a manager. When he came out I showed him the 1st recipt, then the receit with the tip that I did not add. I even asked if they just add whatever tip they want here. He said I would have to scroll up and mark whatever box and if nothing is marked then it will automatically mark the lowest percentage which is 10%. I said really then how did I not mark anything and it automatically put 20% down for a tip....?The manager took the tip off. I have all 3 receipts and we will see. I don't do business with people who do shady stuff as this person did. But since she did and instead of her saying just to let you know, to add a tip here, scroll up to do so. But if you don't mark anything it will automatically select the lowest percentage...or in their case SHE will put 20% hereself. For me it's the principle. You chose a 20% tip that you wanted, which would've been $10.83 and I WAS gonna leave $25 cash tip. I'm always a great tipper, I have worked as a server for many years. Glendy L, You played yourself and I will NEVER return to this establishment that has business practice as shady as you. You knew exactly what you were doing, looking back your wording...

I just recently came to this restaurant for my birthday with my family. When ordering the first thing we told our server was what food we would like for my nephew and continued with the rest. Our food was brought out very quickly which was nice but they didnt bring out my nephews food and my order was wrong. We asked for my nephews food and the server said we didnt order anything for him. We asked him to please remake my food and they did. I knew my dad would ask them to sing happy birthday to me which they came after the rest of our food was brought out. They sang a song and put a sombrero on which is totally fine but then one of the servers proceeded to wipe whipped cream and chocolate on my nose! I was mortified. It was my birthday so I spent a little extra time on myself to look nice and they thought it would be a good idea to do this to me after not getting my order correct. The whipped cream fell off my nose and onto my dress staining it. This is the most unprofessional thing I've ever encountered and I work in the restaurant industry. After running to the bathroom in tears I decided I wanted to leave my dinner was ruined and when I confronted a manager he told me that my dad asked them to do this WHICH HE DID NOT. I feel like they targeted me for sending my food back and I'm highly disappointed in this place I used to love coming here and now i will NEVER come back. They lied to my face. WORST...

My friend & I decided to eat here. We usually eat at the one on Trenton. The meny seemed a bit different. I ordered what I always ordered, Combo with beef taco and chalupa. Waitress asked if I wanted beef or beans on it. Well, the menu says with beans and beef! I was confused by this. I said bean and a beef taco. When my food arrived, I noticed the Chalupa was on a bread-like flat. I eat gluten-free, so I can't eat that. The menu didnt say, but Chalupas are hard shell when I get them. I told the waitress and she asked if I wanted something else. She said she's have to charge me for it. I asked why. She said because I didn't tell her. I told her, the menu didnt specify, I didnt know I needed to say anything. So, she took my plate and said she would talk to the manager. She never told us the outcome of the conversation. We had to check the elec bill to make sure we werent charged. Im not being charged for something I cant eat and,she took away. We werent charged. My beef taco was okay. I dont like the seasoning in their beef. My pork taco was much better. Pork was tender and delicious! Not sure we will come back to...
