My Scratch & Dent — Local services in Clarksville

I went to this establishment on Saturday 3/16/ 24 to purchase a stove and refrigerator. Initially when I walked into the establishment I asked the sales lady about the dog that was on the floor I asked her does the dog bite. She answered me in a sarcastic way no I was asking because I am afraid of dogs I don't believe that a dog belongs in an establishment that you're buying appliances from. After I asked the lady that, she must have got an attitude and got offended I heard her tell her co-worker I'm not going to wait on her you wait on her. I continue to walk around the store I never did confront the lady and tell her that I heard her say that, I asked the male coworker a couple of questions concerning a stove and refrigerator. I must say that this store has went downhill since I first purchased my washing machine about 3 years ago from them. The point I'm making is I felt that the the workers was friendly to everyone else that entered the store but because I asked her about the dog she was very nasty to me. This establishment doesn't have to worry about me spending my money at their establishment. I went right over to bargain supply in Louisville Kentucky and purchased my stove and refrigerator that came to a grand total of 2,000 dollars. I would never step foot in this store again and I hope that the workers will read this post and change how you approach different...

After being referred to My Scratch & Dent by a relative, a few weeks ago, after comparing prices with other retailers, I purchased a washer. Although I am extremely happy with the price and the washer, I have to agree with some of the reviews. The washer sold itself! Do not expect a greeting when you enter this establishment. I was there all of 10 minutes before one of the three employees, I noticed, offered assistance. Then, in shopping for their merchandise, there aren't very many "scratch & dent" items available for purchase. The bulk of their products are brand new but still at a competitive price. Lastly, I am ecstatic about the one year warranty that comes with every product sold, but, saddened by the fact that delivery is contracted through a different company. I didn't bother to research the asking fee, therefore, I am grateful to know someone with a truck that was willing to pick the washer up for a much smaller fee I am sure. Came in looking for a new washer/dryer set after my dryer stopped working. I was met with Andrea, who was more than helpful in assisting my husband and me. We saw a pair we liked but I thought we should look around more a bit to make sure we’d find the best price. Andrea smiled and said “sure, but I’m sure I’ll see you back here soon”...and BOY was she right. I looked ALL over Louisville and southern Indiana, wasted my time doing so. I ended up back at My Scratch and Dent, hoping my brand new/dent-less washer and dryer were still there for a price I couldn’t find anywhere else. I am so happy with my purchase and the help of Andrea and the others who work here.
