We went to the trampoline park Sunday afternoon and the lobby was very crowded. We skipped the line for waivers knowing that we had just updated ours not too long ago and the waivers are good for a year. The signs in the lobby confirm that waivers are needed and good for a year. After waiting in the long line while seeing several employees just standing around doing nothing while 2 are at the cash registers and one cash register not being used, we finally got to pay but they had no record of our waivers. I asked how this was possible and they said that they now have new systems as of 2 months ago so all previous waivers had been lost. They had me pay then told me to go fill out the new waivers. Then come back for bracelets. The group in front of me had the same problem. Once again we were back in this long line even after we have paid and competed the waivers. I noticed that there were several employees hanging out in the lobby chatting with a man, also an employee, who was sitting down on a stool. I walked over and asked if any of them could help get bracelets for those of us who already paid but had to go back and complete waivers since they updated their systems. The man told me that they could not and the cashiers would need to help. He then stated that there are signs everywhere stating that a waiver is needed. I advised to him Again that we had waivers and they were good for a year but the systems were updated which there were not signs of that. I asked for a manager after going back and forth with him for some time and he said he was the manager. The manager, David Hilton, then declined to provide a refund because I stated that we no longer wanted to wait any longer.

First of all I made a big mistake not checking on Google Maps as to any unexpected issues before hand and sure enough there was construction going on. Several of their areas, and attractions were not in operation due to being remodeled. One of my daughters favorite, the large rock wall with foam pit is being converted into a play gym, which looks like it will be fun. Two other favorites were also closed off. The Virtual Reality upstairs was not open and the spinning attraction that has a long foam arm was broken. We didn't know this going in because the signs in the lobby area only stated excuse the mess, not that nearly a third of the park was closed or not working. Once inside I was stopped because my socks were not bought from Extremnasium but from an amazing trampoline park on the eastside of Louisville. So I had to go back and buy their special socks. Looking around I realized we paid full price for an hours of jump time at this trampoline park. that was not clean, and conservatively estimating 66% operational. For one adult and one child it was $34 for one hour. So I mentioned asked the manager and he said because of insurance they had to charge full price. Sounds like bull to me but what am I gonna do? So basically paid full price and my 12 yr old daughter spent at least 1/4 of her jump time sitting from boredom. Most likely because she wanted to use the rock wall and Virtual Reality game. Usually a great time but with the place not even being clean they should just close the doors until its ready. Either way check out my other reviews and you'll see some great place to take your kids that don't cost as much and have alot of activities to keep the fun times rolling.

I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Management is rude, disrespectful, and plays favorites with customers. In addition, management refused to follow local government mask mandates until threatened with a call to the health department (and even then refused to wear properly.) Management requires everyone to purchase socks for "safety reasons," unless of course you're friends with them, as seen in these pictures, and then you can play on the equipment *barefoot.* Images show management (man sitting down) speaking to his friend, who then went to play on the equipment barefoot (mind you, this friend also only had on a spectator band, meaning he didn't even pay to play on the equipment.)

RUDE WORKERS, BE AWARE: Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced and I do not write reviews often, but my day is ruined thanks to the nasty encounter I just had. We just left today 8/14/25. My husband and I decided to come 40 minutes until close but it was a last minute fun little date for his birthday. We got charged full price but that was fine. An African American man probably in his late 20s to early 30s with long dreads was working tonight. It was 2 minutes until closing (approximately 7:58). We were fully dressed and ready to go but I had to pee really bad. I felt bad for asking, but it was my first time coming so I did not know where the bathroom was especially since our whole experience was so rushed. I saw that the man I mentioned earlier was on the phone at the counter, so I was extremely kind and patiently waited just to ask him where the bathroom was so I could pee super quickly, being as they were still open and it was not 8:00. He paused on the phone (which seemed like a personal call which is so unprofessional anyway) and said "hang on" and rolled his eyes at me and gave me the nastiest look Iike he was disgusted by me. I said "I'm so sorry, I was just wondering if you guys had bathrooms here?" He rolled his eyes quite VISIBLY because he clearly wanted his annoyance to be seen. After rolling his eyes all he said was "yeah....." I waited for a response and got nothing so I said "where is it?" He rolled his eyes AGAIN and said "in the back". I was so embarrassed and shocked that I started to walk to the back, but I decided absolutely not. I'll pee my pants before I use his bathroom. My husband met me in the hall and told me we needed to go because he saw the whole encounter and said the worker was glaring at me and had the nastiest look after I walked past him to go down the hall. I'm not exaggerating when I say that was the worst customer service experience ever and he looked at me like I was trash. My feelings are hurt, our date is ruined, and prior to that we did have fun but that ruined my day and I will not be going back and will be...

Let me start with saying, it’s a children’s place. With that said the children that work there are not interactive with the young children, do not smile, do not help and certainly do not go out of their way to break their conversation with each other to even say hello. Almost expected in todays world. However, it’s the adults that will help making the decision to not return. I want you to also know it was not my kid being yelled at but these grown adults stand huddled when they make the occasional appearance. They stand in this group screaming across the indoor park stay off the wall, don’t hang on the rim, don’t throw the foam blocks. Let me address this: 1. The wall says stay off the wall in big letters but it’s sandwiched between two trampoline walls (not sure how young children get confused. 2. Basketball says in huge letters Slam Dunk ,but the adults and children stand screaming quit hanging on the rim. These kids dunk and let go as to not hang and still get yelled at for hanging on the rim. They are pulling on the rim as you would with a dunk but not hanging and still get threaten is t they are coming to take the balls away. 3. The foam knocks have a little bitty chalk board full of rules. LOL for these clowns that think these young children are stopping to read the rules on microscopic level. I laugh because the one thing they’ve actually defined isn’t really readable. It’s honestly no fun to listened to uneducated screaming at all these kids. My point being get employees or adults that can interact and show these children what’s acceptable and to interact instead of scream unclear rules. Or start with managers who understand hanging vs. pulling and can walk over to smile and show them what you mean or post a picture. Just overall not a good experience in my 4 visits. I’ve learned enough that it’s not worth the $15 an hour to watch kids get yelled at for an hour or to watch a bunch of employees stand looking confused at why these kids don’t respond to...

They are lucky to receive 1 star. This place is pathetically managed. We went for a birthday party. My wife completed a waiver for our child beforehand. With that being said, I didn't realize that, and I still attempted to complete a waiver while I was waiting several minutes in the extremely crowded lobby. Their website was either having issues or very poorly developed since it would not allow me to complete a waiver on my phone. Regardless, the cashiers were having issues of their own too. They claimed their internet network was down. I informed them that I attempted to complete a waiver online, but they did not see it. I informed them that I was there for a birthday party and gave them the invitation that had a code on it for the party. They didn't attempt to look into that or resolve the problem. We were already late to the party (due to the massive crowd and standstill on processing) despite us getting there 10-15 minutes early. They then told us we'd have to go back (out of line) and attempt the waiver process again. They would not allow/provide a paper waiver. Again, the online waiver was not functioning/loading, and it was not a service problem on my end. Therefore, we had no other options. We chose to leave since they would not help.

Prior to leaving, we asked if we could go to the party room. They wouldn't allow us to go to the back party room to give the gift to the child having the party. We had to call and request that child's parent come out to us so that he could give the gift to his child. I feel sorry for that child and all the other children who have parties there that are more or less sabotaged by the staff.

After all of that, I left with my very upset 6 and 8 year old kids. They looked forward to that event and visiting Xtremenasium. We even talked about having parties there in the future. With that being said, as of now, we will not be returning. This place is shameful and a pathetic excuse for a...
