If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this establishment after a long day of moving. I went in with 20.00 thinking it was enough to cover the order. I never was impolite. The young girl brown hair pulled back in pony tail was very busy but also working drive through. She talked over me and would not let me finish talking. She treated me as if I were an inconvenience or hassle instead of a customer. I had to politely ask her to let me finish speaking so she would be able to complete my order as requested. I feel its convenient that none of the employees were wearing name tags which is a shame because this young lady needs training on how to appropriately treat customers. I also asked if the food could be made fresh. I waited for fresh food only to get home, and some of my food was cold. Also, when I asked the gentlemen who served me my pizza because the young lady wanted nothing to do with me after our interaction. I asked for a cold drink because the drinks in the front cooler were warm he told me to pull one from the back so I had to pull out all of the warm drinks to find a cold drink in the back of the cooler instead of him serving me from the other cooler in the back. During this whole interaction I never raised my voice or caused a scene like so many do and was still treated poorly by an second individual to whom I believe was the closing manager. I am a current manager I understand frustrations better than anyone but to be treated poorly by employee and then to be treated poorly by an manager is why this restaurant deserves 0 stars. Nothing is more frustrating then paying an restaurant for cold food. There is no excuse for cold food in my eyes. IF this restaurant sees this I hope for change now that I am a current resident in their neighborhood. One thing this young lady and manager needs to remember, customers are her job security. If she continues to treat them poorly no customers will come back and then she would not have her gravy job. I am sorry if I seemed like an inconvenience or hassle, but I am sure their corporate office would love to hear my review....
Read moreUntil a few days ago I had not been to Little Caesars for about 4 years. My wife saw the commercial for the Pretzel Crust Pizza and wanted to try it and I soon remembered why I quit eating their pizza - the slowest and rudest employees imaginable! Overall, the worst customer service in existence. I ordered two pizzas online and was given a code to use on their automated pick-up machine. When I got there I punched the code in and a door opened to reveal one pizza. I pulled it out and then looked to see if somehow I had missed the second one, but I hadn't. I took my pizza and walked over to the counter and waited for almost five minutes (no exaggeration) to be acknowledged. When a young lady did finally ask if I needed something I told her that I had ordered two pizzas but there was only one in the machine. She then asked my name and I told her. Then in the rudest manner possible she said "Well what did you order? You know I can't see your order on the computer!". How would I know that she can't see what I ordered?!? When I told her that I ordered two of the Pretzel Crust pizzas she asked me "Are you sure there was only one in there?". After convincing her that I had indeed received only one pizza her and the remainder of the staff figured out that they did indeed have an extra pizza that they didn't know who it was for. So by the time I got my two pizzas and got home they were no longer really fresh from the oven. I thought about asking them to make both again but decided it would be best to not risk getting an extra topping if I did. While it is true that their pizza is slightly more affordable than most pizza chains and their pizza does have a unique flavor that I like, I will pay more, travel farther or just do without pizza before I will ever visit a Little Caesars again. Maybe if they offered a pay rate higher than minimum wage they could get better employees. They certainly couldn't get any...
