My girlfriend and I went there and the staff seemed very friendly. We wanted to go do laser tag and everything we could with the her little brother that we brought with us. At this time we see an associate that is talking to himself and whispering underneath his breath. We go to put the laser tag stuff on and at this time as he is standing next to me he walks across the room to go to my girlfriend where he grabs her laser gun and shows us how to play. Didn’t think to much about this other then it was a little weird. Why not just show us how to play with me standing right next to him? Well we played and then went to go bowl. Had a blast. Then her brother with us wanted to do bumper cars. So my girlfriend and the boy go into the bumper car and at this time it’s the same heavy set associate running the ride. As he walks around he starts pulling on everyone’s seat belt on the brown part. When he gets to my girlfriend he puts his hand under the seat belt and rubs his hand to pull it right above her private parts. At this time I see she is distressed and ask what happened. Once she got off the ride she told me what he had done. I then went to speak with a manager. When the manager arrived I told her what happened and then she reassured me that the issue would get it taken care of. She seemed to not care at all at what I was talking about. After about 10 minutes of us using the last bit of quarters we had, I noticed the male was again on the bumper cars and it seemed the manager did not care less with what had occurred. I will never come back to this place if they allow associates to do this. When we were about to leave an older lady associate apologized for what had happened and said they get multiple complaints on the male about other issues....
Read moreSo many updates needed! We arrived just before 12 and purchased bracelets for our family of 5. Only 3 of the 5 bumper cars working at that time, later in the day only 2 were working. My sons pair of roller skates were falling apart and the laces on all the shoes were either too short or needed replaced all together. My roller skate needed a new insert. I could feel the metal poking into my heal and when I took them off you could see the exposed screws. I brought this to the attendants attention and they set them aside. There are 18 laser tag vests and only 6 were able to be used. Some of the employees were nice, the ones at the front desk were not. Two employees were on their phones and not even paying attention to their duties. The 2 employees working in the food area were nice. The food was pretty good too. The bowling shoes are also getting pretty rough. In the 4 or so hours we were there I never saw any employee clean anything besides the spray they put in the used shoes. When trying to cash in our tickets there was only 1 ticket machine working of 2. The 2nd had a huge line so we just went to the counter with our 60 tickets. We were ignored for several minutes while more incoming people were waited on even though we should have been next. My husband asked the lady if we could get waited on and she rolled her eyes and said I have to get these people. My husband said loudly something to the extent that this wait is ridiculous since we had been waiting longer than those she was waiting on. She had the most annoyed look on her face and asked if we had our ticket from the ticket eater. My husband said we aren't waiting for that. She took our tickets and gave us our candy...
Read moreVery disappointed in this facility strike and spare has always been a reliable bowling brand but this location feels more like a discounted Malibu Jacks. It has the run down feel of a family fun zone that has been beaten up over the years but this place is practically brand new. The ball return and rack are so low to the ground you would think it was designed specifically for children. The bumper car area is terribly tiny to where the bumper cars barely fit let alone enough room to drive around and bump into each other. The skating rink seems fine but is a little sad there’s nothing to draw you in. The entire place is so loud you can’t hear yourself think which could even be enjoyable if the sound quality was decent and they didn’t play off brand versions of popular songs. The staff is too busy standing in big groups and laughing and chatting to stand at the counters for customers. Even Chuck E Cheese has a better arcade than this place at least the machines are very modern and in good condition but I’m still not paying $1 for 1 play of space invaders. I was so excited for this place to open and thought it would be a frequent spot for my family but now I want to pretend this place doesn’t exist hopefully somebody opens a much better version in the area to get rid...
