Boost Mobile — Local services in Clarksville

9/17/2025 I went to Boost on Eastern Blvd in Clarksville , Indiana to do some phone shopping because my phone through a different provider would no longer charge . I wanted to just to see my options for Porting over a Family plan , at the Best price ...that would allow me to keep my long term phone number (it's how I clock in at my job, how I gain access to the building with a security pin to the phone) . He went above & beyond to help me ; to the point, he even tried charging the other phone, he cleaned the charging port , he tried different chargers. CLEARLY he was trying to HELP ME not just "make a sale " . He did make the sale though, today I switched from another provider I'd been with for years - to BOOST . His character, integrity & overall friendly demeanor made that sale. His knowledge & willingness to walk me through step by step ....made that sale. I am now & will remain with Boost. Doing my business on Eastern Blvd in Clarksville Indiana....

When we got our service and phones from state street new albany was told i had a family plan unlimited, i got a msg that i used up all my internet mind u this supposed to be unlimited so we (hubby and i) went to the clarksville location off eastern blvd the guy there was awesome and funny looked over my acct the new albany location somehow put us a grandfathered acct with 12mb of data, not what we were told, he fixed it. In less than 10 min, haven't had issues since. He was super nice i found the location i will continue to go to from now on eastern blvd. I definitely recommend...

My experience today was the best I’ve ever had at any Boost. Aj was amazing. I had several issues and he took care of me. I ended up with 2 new phones and a phone switched to boost. AND will save money monthly with additional hot spot data. Store had a phone line issue at the time. I was more than willing to run and grab some cash.
