Small missable restaurant located next to the local laundry mat. If you drive by, let alone stop nearby, you can usually smell the grill outback prepping what is surely to be a delicious meal on smell alone. The opening salsa looks nothing special, but tastes fresh with each bite share in more in one ingredient or another. Between onion and cilantro you won't find much spice, but you will eat all your chips before you see your order. What to say about those two main dishes that the pictures don't… Deliciously prepared. The marinated pork tacos, where others wet and dripping, were flavorful and packed a sensational punch to my tongue. Topped traditionally with fresh chopped onion and cilantro, partnered with plenty of lime. My food partner's chile rellenos were not mine but from what I was able to steal off her plate were just as deliciously made. I’m visiting my sister and she told me about this place. We ordered our food and after we ate, roaches started appearing out of nowhere. I didn’t want them to think I didn’t want to pay my bill. I paid my bill first and then told them about the roaches on the table and on the soda bottle. The waitress shrugged and said “sorry”. I whispered it because it was pretty packed. update: early weekday dinner. Two nice friendly polite ladies operate the dining room service, to go orders and cash register. The Horchata is the best around. The rice is the best around.
