I just had the best shoe shopping experience! Store Manager, Jake, and Sales Associate, Audrey, were so attentive and professional! From the moment I walked in, they both greeted me warmly and offered to help me find a shoe eventhough the brand I asked for is not sold by Tradehome Shoes.

I have several medical concerns to include being a double Transmetatarsal Amputee (no toes on either foot) and my residual feet are different sizes. Both Jake and Audrey were invested and eager to help me. Audrey scanned my feet and they worked together to find several brands for me to try. I never felt rushed or pressured as I spent quite some time trying the shoes with my toe fillers and carbon foot plates.

Thankfully, I found not one, but two pairs of shoes!! I can't wait to give them a good test on our cruise next month. As comfortable as my feet have felt in a long time, I may not need to use the scooter when we go sightseeing! Time will tell...

Wow! What a place to shop!!

I’m old, and I don’t know anything about shoes, but thankfully, Sarah at Tradehome Does!! I asked her for a pair of tennis shoes so I don’t fall and break my elbow and hip for the 4th time, and she recommended Hokas. I thought they were very comfy. She then sold me on those fancy dancey insoles on the alien future machine yall have there and I bought 6 pairs! I love them they’re so comfy and I love that Sarah told me everything I need to know!

My trans 20 year old girlfriend Meg came in and bought 6 pairs of shoes from Sarah. Not like she needs more shoes, she is already homeless because of her shoe addiction, but it was money well spent! She also was sold on socks, because all hers have holes and smell, and some insoles and she was very happy!

Came in for some insoles got sold on pair of running shoes plus the insouls took the running shoes to the gym I don't like the way they felt came back to return them about four or five days later Guy asked me why I want to return them told him I didn't like them and just want the money back I was going to keep the insoles but not the shoes he looked at them couldn't find anything wrong with them asked me to wait took the shoes in the back where I couldn't see him brought The shoes back an now magically they're wet Said he can't do a return with them being wet and that they were not refundable and kept my receipt so I got a pair of running shoes that...
