Whataburger — Restaurant in Clarksville

This Whataburger was the most ridiculous fast food restaurant I have ever been to and honestly I’m disappointed that any city planner would even allow this type of fast food layout in their town. We are passing through this town on a road trip which I’m sure many people visiting this town do. This is establishment has no dine in services what so ever. If you are on a road trip and want to stretch your legs, let all your family order, go to the bathroom, don’t stop here! You can’t go inside anywhere! We tried to make a right turn in and it’s an exit only so we had to pull around in the long John silvers parking lot and go back around to the light. The drive thru took about 30 minutes, which is crazy considering there is nobody ordering inside! They have a window you could walk up and order at, but don’t even bother if you were planning to stay and enjoy your meal, hope you have a table packed in your car because there’s not even anywhere to sit outside. This should be illegal to build. If you don’t own a car, you are just out of luck. They also didn’t ask us if we wanted any sauce so once we parked to eat our food in our car, I had to go up the the window and wait another 10 minutes to get some sauce which, oh by the way, is an extra 44 cents per sauce, so I had to put another $2 on my card which just seems silly. They need to work on their customer service at the window. We enjoyed our food though. We love whataburger and love stopping in whenever we can on road trips. This was just the most bizarre experience we’ve ever had and it’s a shame Clarksville has more opening up when they clearly fumbled the bag on this one. How sad. Good luck to this...

Customer service terrible. Food is okay. The tea is sour. Also missing items. I had an extremely long day yesterday so when I got off work this morning I accidentally put my order for this location and not my normal one. I’ll take the blame for that one. However I called the store multiple times to let them know what had happened even the one I normally got to called no answer whatsoever. Which means everything that happened could have all been avoided if the staff would have picked up the phone. I love Whataburger I grew up on it. Customer service and staff have always been friendly and accommodating. This was not the case this morning. The person at the window was rude and snooty. They were aggressive about handing my order on top of I went to ask about the order and it was ignored. I was already running behind to get home and get my daughter ready for school otherwise I would have gone back through and said something. However I live an hour out and that just wasn’t feasible and my family comes first. I will not be ordering or ever be getting food from this location ever again. Not to mention there was no line it wasn’t even busy. Which tells me the staff just didn’t care and they are there just for a paycheck not to provide excellent experience for the customer. I went here with my daughter tonight to pick up dinner for our family of 5. The drive thru process was confusing at first. They came out to our car to take our order instead of ordering at the board. I would have asked why but there was a small hiccup about adding 2 types of cheese to my burger. Which was fine. I'm patient and understand they're still learning their systems. And cars were piling behind me. I was mostly happy to finally get to have some Whataburger after 8 years without. I missed it in Texas. They pretty much ran out of gravy and I ordered 3. But at least I had enough for my fries. The bun had a hint of sweet just like I remembered and loved. The lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes fresh. And the right amount Seasoning on my burger. My husband and kids enjoyed their meals as well. They looked like they were enjoying paradise! My slowest eating kid managed to finish eating around the same time as the rest of us which means he wasn't bored and was happy. I look forward to returning. The employees were good too, very polite. And I noticed they all look so tired but are doing beyond their best. You guys are doing great! Keep up the great work! Don't let the super negative people around town bring ya'll down. They just want to complain and or their loyalties lie with local...
