I do not recommend shopping here at all. On Friday, August 16, 2024, around 2:50 PM, both an older man and a young woman were working. My wife was parking in the "shoppers park here only" spot, as she intended to shop there. However, she needed to use the restroom next door due to her pregnancy. An older white man came outside and, in a disrespectful tone, demanded she move her car because only shoppers are allowed to park there. My wife, avoiding conflict, moved her car without explaining her situation.
She then parked in a handicap spot due to her disability. A young white woman then came outside, yelling and cursing at my wife, insisting she move her car because she did not have a handicap tag, despite my wife having a handicap sign displayed. The aggressive behavior was uncalled for, and my wife did not respond to the hostility. She moved her car again, even though she was entitled to park there. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poor customer service. It's unacceptable to assume someone's disability and to treat customers so poorly. I attempted to contact the store to speak with management, but the call was abruptly ended. As a result of this incident, I am no longer a customer, and I hope others do not face...
Read moreThis is hard because 90% of the staff is amazing helpful and do whatever needs to be done! but today I went in to have a boots replaced spoke to the assistant manager named Montana as I walked in the door not as much as a hello how are you how can I help you met with"where's the box" with no prior knowledge of my situation or conversations with the previous employee she immediately denied and turn me down saying " there is no way to do an exchange"even though I was within the 90 day window she didn't even look at my account said she "cannot accept them because I cannot resell them" They obviously have a defect that when a slight bit of water gets on them the boots gets discolored and ruined after I explained to her it's not like I was jumping in puddles she said"these Boots are not designed for wet conditions but I can sell you the new ones for 20% off" obviously she cares more about sales then customer service just in the last month I and spent hundreds of dollars here on gear for myself and my team. And because of Montana the assistant manager I will be calling before I show up and if she is there I will not shop there on her days
P. S the boots were dry and I let them dry for 2 days before...

I’ve been in the store once and got some pants and the lady wasn’t very professional told me if something doesn’t work out with the pants to return them to a different store she doesn’t like returns and just made other comments. I didn’t think much of it just let it go and figured I’d order online from now on instead of going back to the store. Today my wife returned the pants that I had bought due to size issues and the same lady wasn’t very professional. She was very disrespectful and even accused me of stealing a pair of pants because she wasn’t looking at the receipt right.
