wouldnt have been leaving this low of a review, but i feel like i need to to get my disappointment across. firstly, they have no sales on any colors like other goodwills do. not too upset about that one as their prices are pretty good but its a bit of a turn off. the real kicker is that theyre not clear with whats considered a ât-shirtâ to them. you would think a ât-shirtâ is like a cotton tee, with or without a graphic right? wrong. it was charged as a regular shirt. it wasnt clear what the difference was. i thought a shirt/top would be more of a blouse or polo shirt, and a tshirt would be a graphic cotton tee. basically i ended up paying twice than what i expected. it was $4.49 opposed to $2.49, but its really displeasing how its not clear at all. really wish they made it more clear and understood. because what else is a tshirt supposed to be?? maybe they meant it for tank tops?? but then thats a tank top and not a tshirt!
just leaving this review to let people know beforehand so nobody ends up having the same problem as me
i also stumped across a shirt with a stain following down through the front of it....

The other person is the blonde lady with the ponytail and glasses. She sometimes works the register and works around the store. Very kind too. She needs a promotion!
It's the closest GW to me. My main issue with the Claymont store is the donation drop-off. The men who are there are so rude. As I drop off stuff often, I see these behaviors a lot. Rudely demanding to know the contents of ever bag, even grocery bags they can view themselves, literally chucking bags of fragile items into large cardboard gaylords, snatching bags out of my hand, staring at me with attitude while I try to hand them stuff, not greeting or saying thanks as a common courtesy, throwing your donations directly into the dumpster while yu are right there, etc. I actually save my stuff and will drive to the vastly superior Concord store to avoid this unprofessional .behavior. Need...
Read moreThe staff is ignorant, I went there with my 60 year old mother and waited in the car while she went in to let them know we would pick up the furniture she bought, the next morning. We had to arrange a proper vehicle to move it and get the old furniture out so there's room for the new stuff. They tried telling her she had to take it that night or they were putting it back on sale even though she bought it that day, this is 20 minutes before they close, and she's trying to explain that she'll be back right after they open in the morning. It wasn't until I walked in there and had the guy all the sudden had a change of heart and it was fine with us picking it up the next day. Then the following day when we went to pick it up the same guy had a complete attitude the whole time and was just being...
