My review has nothing to do with the store or merchandise itself & I find their mission admirable (helping victims of abuse). But recently I was very disappointed & frustrated when trying to bring a donation. My family had done a major clean out of our home & closets & had a car load of great items to donate; a lot of top name brand clothing some even new with tags we'd outgrown before wearing. The rest I had washed & packed carefully in boxes. We drove 30 minutes to the store dealing with road repaving & shortage of parking as well. Two ladies were working (1 being the manager) & only 1 customer. When I told them what I had they told me I needed to make an appointment to donate & take everything home to repack in garbage bags as boxes were unacceptable. No compromise. I told them it said no such rules on the website, that I don't get to town often & they were going to miss out on a lot of great stuff as none of that was going to happen. We left, drove straight to Goodwill where I usually donate & a guy even came out to help me bring it all in. Just trying to spread the donations around but not allowed to. Won't...

For some reason, place gives me an uncomfortable feeling. It’s sort of dim inside with a musty smell. If you want to donate, only appointment; Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Just hand them 1 trash bag of your used women’s clothes, shoes, and purses. That does not make sense! Can’t just drop off ??? I made an appointment, and it was not anything special. Just a rude lady came out took the bag and closed the door. You’re a charity but not...

Today, we had a last minute emergency needing cowgirl boots for a party that same day. We stopped in and found the perfect pair for $8. Target and Amazon cannot compete. The ladies working were so kind and genuinely excited that our daughter found what she needed.
The store is clean, well organized, and full of great finds at affordable prices ($4 jeans, $6 sweaters) and it all supports a good cause. Definitely worth a visit if you love...
