So I came in here today and got a vanilla latte, and my girlfriend got a dirty chai.
My vanilla latte was just okay. It didn't have much vanilla flavor, and the coffee flavor itself is unique in a way I don't know if I like or not. They frothed milk for my iced drink which I haven't seen before, but I think I liked that. I want to get another to try this place again.
The dirty chai that my girlfriend ordered was the best I have ever tasted. I usually don't like chai drinks but this was something I could actually see myself ordering.
The shop is a house converted into a business. The inside was very clean and somewhat minimalist. You are able to walk into other rooms/areas of the business as well. One of the rooms had. small arcade machine, a couple chairs, and a table. Another room had. larger table with more chairs, maybe better for a group of friends to hang out in.
The specials on the board looked very unique. This place did NOT feel like a Starbucks at all, and that's a good thing. This shop felt more intentional, more technical, more homey, and certainly less corporate.
Overall I honestly wasn't that impressed with my latte, but I will be giving this place another chance. We came in right before close, maybe that had something to do with it too, who knows. Either way I think you should come here and try it. Whatever beans they use are unique, and the shop itself...
Read moreTriangle Coffee Shop is a true gem in downtown Clayton. This is not just a coffee shop — it’s an experience you won’t find just anywhere. The space, a charming little mid-century style house, was designed and brought to life with so much care by its owners: Dani (a professional chef) and his wife (a talented architect). They have personally built and installed much of what you see, and you can feel that passion in every detail.
The atmosphere is cozy, unique, and full of character. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel like you belong. This is nothing like a soulless coffee chain — everything here is crafted to offer a complete experience, from the food (original and delicious, created with Dani’s talent and heart) to the coffee and the space that invites you to stay.
This is a local business that truly deserves our support. You can feel the dedication, passion, and hard work behind everything they do. Thank you to these wonderful people who put their hearts into their work. I wish them all the success in the world, and I hope many more people discover this beautiful spot. Highly...
Read moreSo first off this is not a negative review since this location just opened. This is more of an overall experience and perspective from one customer. There is plenty of seating however I can see it getting very tight very quick. I’d recommend re looking at the space. Both my wife and I saw ways to make it feel more open. The food was just ok and a bit over priced I felt but again could have just been a one off. It was very busy in there so keep that in mind. there is always going to be things to work on and improve especially when opening a new location but I’m happy they are here in Clayton and hope they improve on things, I’d be more then happy to talk to management to throw ideas around 🙂,...
