Updated Review from 5 stars to 1 star based off their customer service. We were mislead about a product we purchased on 9/4/22. It's not like we purchased this forever ago. Now don't get us wrong the product works and that isn't the issue. The issue is how it was presented and the price. I was there when my husband asked if the entire product Stundenglass was a fake or if it was just the glass. I heard it was just the glass from the employee. It was cheaper than the authentic product (understandably). We were told the other parts of the product weren't fake, just the glass. We were willing to make the purchase since it was just the glass. We thought we were getting a great deal until another shop was selling them for much less. When that shop was asked why their Stundenglass was much cheaper ($200 or so so vs Cloud X selling it for almost $500), they said that a bunch of the shops in the area were sold this counterfeit product, but weren't aware. They were discounting the item to get rid of the products. That is the only reason we found out that we weren't getting the deal we thought we were.

Fast forward to us contacting Cloud X for assistance on 9/15/22 and we are basically SOL. Their defense is that Amazon was selling counterfeits for much more and that they trust their employee presented the item properly. I can give the employee the benefit of the doubt that they weren't being sneaky or malicious. It could have been a mistake, but at the end of the day you are responsible for what your employees say about sales. There was not even an offer of Store Credit or anything. So lesson learned is that you should research the products a place is selling to you for them. If their supplier dupes them it's on you to absorb the cost. COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS BE VERY WARY OF PURCHASING HERE. I purchased a Stundenglass product from this establishment. At the time of purchase, the employee advised the "glass" is fake. I asked if it was just the glass or the whole product? He confirmed again - the glass. Turns out this is a counterfeit product and thus I am forfeit the 10 year warranty.

Upon calling the shop to discuss this misrepresentation, Manager Brittany told me she has heard her employees sell the product before and is confident they represented it as such (A copy cat). I was then told nothing can or will be done. According to Utah Legal Code 76-10-1003 "Every person who sells or keeps for sale any goods upon or to which any counterfeited trademark, trade name, or trade device has been affixed, after it has been filed with the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code, intending to represent the goods as the genuine goods of another, knowing it to be counterfeited, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor."

Looking at the reviews - 2 years ago John Mcnichol reported this company is KNOWINGLY selling counterfeit puff bars KNOWN to cause harm and serious health defects.

Out of all of the smoke/vape shops I have been to, this hands down is my favorite and for good reasons. Anytime I've had any issues with getting the wrong coil, it's never been an issue returning it and in fact they'll give you extra from the inconvenience. They always have a clearance rack, which some smoke shops don't have, and they are very patient with telling you the juices that are on clearance and giving you their opinion on what people like and what they don't with those ones. They have given me clearanced price juices for Clarence Price even when they're not on clearance. The girl with the long dark hair is very knowledgeable and a sweetheart. There's a guy with straight hair about to his ear, facial hair, and I think drives a bike. He's very kind as well. They are all very kind and welcoming. I've never had a problem with the smoke shop, and whenever I am in Clearfield I always make it a point to go there even if I don't need juice.
