What a shame they have good workers working for such a disgrace of management. DO NOT GO HERE. Even for the groupon. My lady went there a couple times and told me about the attitude and disrespect she received. She's a quiet woman so I went with her for the second time to see if it would happen. Long and behold it did. My lady, melissa, just had asked what the price was including the groupon and the "owner" rolled her eyes and said she wasnt gonna sit there and haggle with her. I asked why she had so much attitude, she then told melissa she would not be scheduling another appointment and that she's the owner so if we'd like to speak to her husband. Literally all she asked was a question. The technician we had, nikki, was amazing. Just what a sad excuse for an owner. Lost the business of what would have been a long time customer. I'll pay double the price for lashes just to never give you a dime again. From seeing other reviews it looks like it's not the first time. I bought a groupon voucher for a Couples Massage and an Aromatherapy Facial as a bday gift for my boyfriend. I called them beginning of May and scheduled for June 1st, knowing my boyfriend would desperately need a massage after being on the road for such a long time with a bad back, and hes always been curious about getting a facial. We had planned our entire day around the appointment and were very excited since neither of us had ever gotten a massage. When I called in to confirm my appointment (I just had a gut feeling I needed to confirm), they informed me I was only scheduled for a single massage and not a couples massage and they couldn't get us in for another couple weeks. I understand these things happen, but it sort of left a sour first impression of this place. We are still excited to get our massages, but it was a let down having to wait...
