I purchased some theater seating for my new home theater and the furniture was amazing, even better in person! Kareem and Amber helped me in the beginning and were extremely friendly and helpful.

Then Jose jumped in to help and get the furniture delivered since they were off that day and he was next level. Extremely positive attitude, which they all had from beginning to end! He also was on point with his customer service level, again taking it to the extreme!

We had a small issue with the delivery and he immediately apologized profusely and within minutes, left the store in Clearwater and drove out to St. Pete to address the issue and it wasn’t necessary for him to drop everything at that moment to go fix it but, that was his default solution “Make the customer happy” and he did because I immediately wasn’t concerned about the issue anymore because of his professionalism and willingness to give it 100% to make sure I had a good experience!

Honestly, no one does that anymore. Customer service has taken a dump in the last several years in most companies but, not at this company and definitely not with this team!! I will happily conduct business with them repeatedly and recommend everyone else does as well.

The entire process was made easy by Kareem and Amber and then Jose picked the ball up and ran it all the way to the goal line to win the game!!

I’ll tell you what, not everything in life, business, sales, etc. goes perfect but, when there are issues, it’s great to know that some companies and people still go out of their way to immediately find a solution, in order to make the customer happy!

Big ups to this team and I greatly appreciate you...

Updated review; just don’t do it. They don’t understand when people fall on hard times, and are not compassionate what so ever. Plus I’ve paid way more than I should have for furniture that is practically falling apart when it’s only been 1 year

went into Great Rooms Clearwater on Sat. Oct. 24th and was instantly greeted by good music,, aswell as an awesome sales man, Jason. I let him know, that i just recently rented a new house and didnt have anythingmore than a futon and a blow up mattress. Not only was Jason, more than helpful, as my friend and I circled the store 5 times with excitement but he also gave me advice, and helped me pick out furniture that would look nice together. They were able to get me a delivery date as quickly as Monday. Oct. 26th. I also spoke with Chad and Jose,, who were more than patient, understanding, and accommodating when it took me some extra time to get back home while they were delivering everything. will most definitely be referring Great Rooms, and Jason, to all my friends and family, and myself will be...

I highly recommend Jose and his team and his store on Missouri avenue they took great care of me and they are compassionate they care about their customers they treat you like family there whatever you need for your home including your vehicles they've got it for you and if they don't have it they're going to go to the mile ends to go ahead and get it for you and order you whatever you need they keep it in a low price every week or monthly or biweekly they want to see their customers own their merchandise at the end of their lease agreement or before the lease agreement again I highly recommend them I'd send my family there I would send anyone I know there you guys are awesome you guys are great keep up the good work and don't leave us in the our area in our community because that's what it's all about and that's what you guys strive for is to take care of...
