Seminole Subs & Gyros — Restaurant in Clearwater

I almost always get the Greek Salad with grilled chicken & extra feta, topped with the Greek dressing. It is hands down the best salad I've ever experienced in my life! The chicken that's been grilled (same cook every time 💕he's amazing and I appreciate how he takes pride in his work) is SO flavorful, cooked to absolute perfection, and is plentiful as well! It is a little pricey but let me tell you why. . You get a huge amount of iceberg lettuce and spring mix together, a giant scoop of their yummy potato salad on the bottom, feta cheese, green bell peppers, 2 sometimes 3 giant Greek kalamata olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and 2 whole pepperoncini peppers! Then for an added cost add the chicken. Which by the way is ALOT of meat! They give you 2 good sized dressings of your choice on the side which is perfect for that size salad. 1 wouldn't even cover it! You definitely get your bang for your buck! It was a very cold and windy day today here in Florida so I decided to ask about their soup. Boy oh boy am I super glad I did! They had lemon Chicken soup which is one of my favorite soups if done right of course. There's only 1 other local restaurant that makes it and it is VERY good from that particular establishment. So I decided to trust the very friendly and awesome cashier who said theirs is delicious. Let me just say it is the BEST lemon Chicken soup I've ever had! I loved everything about it and it was done perfectly. I will absolutely be back for more. Every time I go there I think I'm gonna try something different this time and every time I get my usual haha. So I have decided next time I'm getting the chicken tenders and fries meal. I don't care for gyro meat so that is why I don't order it at a Greek restaurant lol. But I have had their chicken gyro on pita with feta, onion, cucumbers, and their amazing tzatziki sauce (my favorite) sometimes I pay for extra because I love it so much ❤️ it smells so good when you walk in, the staff are so kind, helpful, and welcoming! I love seeing familiar faces and especially the cooks in there. The restaurant itself is clean and neat. There is also a drive thru Incase you're in a hurry and don't want to come in. I have no affiliations with this restaurant and am giving my own personal opinion here. I will definitely let y'all know when I try new things so you can find out if it's something you might want to try as well. I one hundred percent recommend stopping by for a bite to eat. It may be a little bit more than these fast food chains but the quality and quantity are worth every penny. To be honest it's the whole experience that makes it all worthwhile. Worst experience at this location. We have been coming here for several years and after the harassment my family received tonight we will never ever be back. I paid for $65 worth of food for my family. The trays get brought to the table and my husband was in the bathroom so I started to pass out everyone’s food. There was a small side of onion rings and I thought my husband had ordered them so I put them next to his food. The girl working named Giselle instructs another girl to get the onion rings off of our table because we didn’t pay for them. She takes them and my mother says u can’t serve those to someone else we already touched them. Giselle yells at us that she can’t just give me free food we didn’t pay for that and tells the girl to throw the onion rings in the trash. I had no idea we didn’t order them. They were served to us on our tray and I had PAID $65!!!! I can’t believe this girl would yell at me in front of other customers with my children there and cause a scene after I paid that much for food and it was their mistake. They accidentally served us that food but u don’t just walk up to someone and take food back and act like we are trying to steal onion rings! We finish our meal and I ask for to go boxes and for the managers name. First I am told the manager is Carlos. Then I am told by Giselle that Carlos actually doesn’t work there anymore, there is no manager for this store and she can’t give out the owners contact information so I can speak to them about the poor way my family was treated. My mom started to record the girl Giselle because she was being very rude. The girl then comes running from behind the counter and says I’m recording you for my own protection. She stands there recording me and my minor children that she does not have permission to video and harassed us as we left saying that she is going to call the police on us and that she we are causing disruption at the store. She follows us out of the door all the way to our car and is recording my license plate and vehicle. I can not believe how we were treated, embarrassed and disrespected at this restaurant. All over a basket of onion rings that was accidentally served to us by the restaurant staff then taken back after we had touched them. This is so wrong. Horrible staff at this location. Never had a problem at any location like this one. It’s a shame because of Giselle you are loosing...

First of all I drove thru the drive thru which was not the drive thru. I had to back out and go to the next street and turn into the drive thru. I placed my order for 2 subs and a large mushroom and got told it was 35$. I asked why that was. The girl misunderstood me. I clearly stated I wanted 2 works one of them with no lettuce. I had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru. When I reached the window I had a twenty a five and a one. My bill was 26.92. I had the 92 cents in my hand with my arm extended out my window. The rude girl looks at me and waves the bills at me and tells me that is only 26$ and it was 26.92. I said can you hold out your hand and gave her the change. She rudely said I didn't know you had change in your hand.I said you didn't give me a chance. Now that girl should be fired as she is rude to the customers. I then called to speak to the manager and got told he can't come to the phone because he was busy doing something and for me to call back or leave a message. I was calling to tell them my sandwich did not have lettuce on it and about how rude the girl was to me. I never want to go there again. The food was greasy and the grease soaked thru the bread and made it all gooey. The mushrooms fell out of the breading when picking one up and it was dripping in grease. This is the worst customer service ever and the food was sickening. I really want to get my money back and I will never go there again! I suggest no...
