China 1 — Restaurant in Clearwater

In the last two months I have ordered my fair share of food and well the food is good tonight on November 6th I actually decided to pick my food up and felt like the young man had a very rude disposition because if I walk back up to the window to make sure I didn't forget anything that was supposed to come with my meal he decided to say oh my gosh you've got to be kidding me like I couldn't hear him through the plexiglass which I actually did hear him very well. So with that being said I'm not going to support bad business I support great food and great business I know you can't go everywhere and get everything however when people are spending their hard-earned money with you at least act like you want to be in customer service, and wait till they walk out of the door to say what you feel. Not happy with the representation of customer service that was displayed tonight with this location but I also realize I don't have to spend my money there either as much as I do like the food. Also their menu states free delivery with order over 20.00 dollars and I've been charged 3.00 dollars Everytime which isn't a major issue; however their menu is slightly...

We always order from China Taste and love it but decided to try something different today....don't fix it if it ain't broke!!! Not only is the order wrong but the customer service when I called was even worse..order something with shrimp and not one piece of shrimp, as i tried to explain there is no shrimp she kept cutting me off and telling me there is....unless its playing hide and seek, no ma'am there isn't...these people are very rude....the food is awful.....absolutely never again....if I could go with zero stars I certainly would have! Now I know when u order through doordash u can only refund through them and I wasn't asking for a refund, but the only thing this person very rudely said was and i quote " well what do u want me to do about it". P.S.- if u don't like mushrooms (which i don't) u must specify because seems all their dishes are covered in them 🤦🏻‍♀️never had pork lo mien covered in them before 🤮 China Taste is...

There are FIVE other Chinese take out restaurants with the exact same menu within a mile of this place. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead.

Let's play a game: If beef chow mein is beef and noodles, and chicken chow mein is chicken and noodles, what is vegetable chow mein? If you answered "just a take out box of soggy broccoli and NO NOODLES", then you'd be absolutely correct according to China 1. If you disagree and dare to ask them to correct their mistake of leaving the CHOW MEIN out of the "vegetable CHOW MEIN", they'll happily lecture you about how "chow mein doesn't always come in chow mein" (they seriously actually said this), and charge you an additional $3 to add noodles to your order of noodles with no noodles.
