Unfortunately, HORRIBLE customer service. The cashier was advised I wanted another taco added to my order of 3 tacos and she charged my account $20 something dollars for that one taco plus the $35 something dollars I had already paid; she was supposed to only charge me $5... didn't she know I was going to find out when I check my bank account? I will definitely dispute it. Furthermore, she charged my friend for things she DIDNT order. My friend noticed it right away and when it was brought up to the cashier she got pissed and stated she couldn't change it because food was already made WHEN IT WASNT, so why not cancel the order and re-enter it? it was mind blowing... we waited about 10 min for the food to be prepared so it was definitely not ready... cashier claimed my friend was not clear about her order (I was standing next to her so I can testify she did order it correctly, but it was the cashier who was out of present time because of the continuous mistakes she made...) Finally, she did refund my friend her money because my friend wouldn't give up after attempting twice while we were at the establishment... my bad is that I realized yesterday she overcharged me, not while I was there. I confirm with the person taking the order that I wanted exactly whatever it was on the top right of the truck just how it look on the photo (he confirm it was taco Beria). When you go to other restaurants you ask for Beria tacos you get just how it look on the photo which is the taco Beria with cheese and Beria dip sauce. Mind you I double check with the person who took the order and show them exactly whatever I wanted. When I got my order it was just tortillas with the Beria meat. I inform them that it was not what I show the guy who took the order and that he even confirm before I pay that it was what I was going to get. I'd heard good things about the food, but the terrible customer service completely ruined the experience.I politely asked for my tacos with no onions. When I received my order, they were covered in them. I went back to the window and simply asked if they could be remade. Instead of an apology or an offer to fix the mistake, the person at the window was dismissive and unhelpful.I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping to calmly resolve the issue. The manager's attitude was shocking. She was immediately defensive and acted as if I was a huge inconvenience for asking for my food to be made correctly.
