Captain Craig was amazing! Me and my dad come from Wisconsin where we mostly fish for bass so fishing in clearwater was very different from what we were use to. Craig not only helped us catch amazing fish, but taught us so much about these different kinds of fish and the habitats that surrounded us while we were on the water. He constantly made sure we had bait on and lines thrown out in the jackpot spots. It was cool to see someone know those waters like the back of his hand. Overall this experience was my favorite part of our entire week trip here and i can 100% say it was because of Craig. He didn’t fail at giving us a fun time and sort of a mini history lesson about clearwater, which I found made it an even better experience. After we were done on the water he filet our fish for us and made sure it was on ice to keep fresh for our dinner later that night. He then recommended a restaurant that cooked it for us called “Salt Cracker” and let me tell you, I’ve never had better fish in my life. I will be coming back to Clearwater and the first thing I will do is to make sure I get out on the water with Captain...

Outstanding trip. Captain Craig is a phenomenal guide. This was certainly the best guided saltwater fishing experience I have had. We did a 3/4 day trip (6 hours). We started the morning fishing just off the beach and caught several bonitas, followed by a 120-130 lb tarpon! We spent the second half of the day fishing the backwaters where we caught multiple snook and a speckled trout. It was great action throughout the day. Captain Craig was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and where the fish were. We will certainly try to go on another trip with Skinny Water Charters when we are back...

Captain Craig knows where to go and how to catch them. Especially considering how many things are out of his control (i.e. unruly jet skiers, water temperature and other "disturbance"). Captain Craig is considerate of your level of fishing experience and will make you feel comfortable, whether you can cast your own fishing pole or not. He is patient and doesn't make you feel rushed. Last, but not least, he will even filet your fish for you. All that is left to do, is getting your fish home, cooked, and finally you get to enjoy the freshly caught feast.
