Let me start by saying I rarely leave reviews, much less negative ones, but there's no way I couldn't say something. We've been renting from this Aaron's location for about 3 years now. They started out fine, and we had absolutely no issues until recently. They called for being behind on one payment (our LAST payment, actually) which we TOLD them prior to them calling that we would be late due to the unexpected death of my father in law and the very unexpected expenses due to the funeral and travel costs. I would have in no way been upset if it was JUST a courtesy call, but the lady (Emily) we spoke with was completely rude and accused us of lying several times during one phone call. Said we didn't live where we "claimed" we did, and she knew because she sent someone to our residence to check. The problem is they had the wrong address on file, and acted like that was our fault even though THEY delivered the washer and dryer. When we told her the correct address to put down she said "don't worry about it we already looked you up to find your REAL address". I'm sorry? Excuse me? The day we paid the payment we received yet another phone call from the lovely Emily to tell us it hadn't been paid. We assured her that we made the payment online, and it showed pending on our end. She yet again accused us of lying and said "who told you it has been paid? Because it hasn't. I know they won't let you make the last payment online". Well that's really awkward, because I definitely did. She then proceeded to tell us that she would have to call IT even after she confirmed it was pending because we shouldn't have paid online. We have asked to speak to a manager several times, and she always says there isn't one available for us to speak to. I wouldn't reccomend going through them at all, because there is no reason for us to have to deal with that over one freaking payment, especially when we TOLD THEM AHEAD OF TIME what was going on, and there is NO reason I should EVER be spoken to the way she spoke to us. Read moreWill never be doing business with this location ever again. The lady in store was super sweet. We chose our delivery time as 2-3 and they didn’t show up till after 3 the first time. The dryer ended up not working. They told us we needed to get a new plug but we told them the landlord himself has checked it and used it multiple times and it was the right voltage. So they took back the dryer and said they would let me know if they plan on coming back that same day or whenever they could. They never called back so I called them a little after 5 and scheduled 2days later for the same exact time. Here it is the day of the new delivery and it hit 3 so I called and john told me they would be here in 30/35 min I told him I needed to pick up my husband at 3:30 and John said he would call the driver to let him know to try to hurry to drop it off so I waited and waited still know one showed up I called them again around 4:45 and John said at first they knocked on my door and but know one answered. Which is a lie because I had to get someone else to pick up my husband just so I could stay home. John then said he would call me back to figure out what happened. At this point I’m beyond irritated and told him to just pick up the washer and to cancel our account and that we are going somewhere else. John called back and said he told them to show up after all there drop offs because I had to be somewhere at 3:30 but never informed me of such then said they would show up in 30mins which was at 4:45. Now it’s 5:45 and they still haven’t picked up the washer. I find this to be completely unprofessional. Especially with how they delt with the situation. My wife got a washer and dryer from them. When they finally got around to delivering it the guy they sent to put it in( yes one guy to deliver a washer and dryer) didn't have the correct pig tail for the dryer. I had to go to Cleveland to pick it up, either that or wait until the next day(if then). After having the set for three months the washer quit working. We called and they came to pick it up, as a "favor" they brought us a loaner, ha, that piece of trash barely cleans clothes. We paid our payments, as usual, and waited for ours to come back. After three weeks I called to find out what was going on with it and was told by the lady who answered the phone that she check on it and call me back. I never got a call. About a week later they called my wife at work and was very rude about the payment. I called and spoke with the"manager" and he was super nice to me. He offered to defer the payment until we got our washer back (I already paid it). Four months later we have yet to get our washer back! Last week I got a call from the new manager who was very rude, putting it lightly, and in the conversation he kept bringing up the fact that we have a loaner, not the point! The fact that they have crappy customer service and zero people skills has nothing to do with the fact that I still don't have the washer I'm paying for. I've missed one payment and they are losing their minds... needless to say I'm waiting for them to come get their washer and dryer off of my porch. I have gotten quite a few things from other Aaron's stores in the past but I will NEVER use them again...
