I am done with this Taco Bell.
I have been a Cleveland native for 34 years. I think every single person in this town has probably been to this Taco Bell before.
Let’s be honest. We have all been served a hot pile of dog crap from this restaurant. You think to yourself, ‘oh, maybe it’s a bad day. Oh, maybe it’s busy and they were just in a rush. Oh, maybe they are understaffed.’
We have all worked terrible jobs. I am sure that this job is not great. But holy, I am done with it after tonight.
Got a classic 7 buck craving box. Looking forward to a chalupa and a sweet beefy five layer. I asked for no sour cream and to add creamy jalapeño, which I paid extra for, (nearly a dollar for sauce? When you took dairy off the order? Seems crazy on a 7 dollar order, but I love the stuff). I received the box, and dug into the chalupa first.
Unfortunately, a cheeky worker at this Taco Bell thought it would be funny to flood my chalupa with sour cream. At least three full pumps from their equipment. They also didn’t include the requested sauce (a dollar down the drain and my meal completely ruined.)
I called the Taco Bell, completely defeated. I told them I didn’t want to get a refund or a replacement, but rather I just want to let them know how hard they let me down. The woman on the phone, though trying to be nice, gave me a completely canned response twice in a row. They could have at least offered an apology or said that they took it seriously and would pass is on to management, they just said I could come get more food.
She then froze in silence for about 20 seconds, and I concluded the call wishing them the best. I still had my burrito, and was looking forward to it. It was heavy, so it potentially could have been a great one. Unfortunately, when I bit into it the entire burrito was completely full of beans.

Read moreHit drive thru on October 30 and ordered the nacho fries deluxe box.where do I start?get home and the fries are ice cold ,soggy and only about half full and the cheese dipping sauce was cold .the beefy 5 layer I ordered with no beans had very little meat and no shredded cheese.the steak chalupa had only 5 pieces of steak.I had to line the steak pieces up just so they would stretch the length of the chalupa but they didn't quit make it to the edges.i went ahead and ate the chalupa as I was hungry and there was still enough steak to make it edible.so I take the rest back and the girl only offers to replace the burrito and fries and cheese sauce.i tell her at the speaker the burrito had no beans but she didn't respond so we drive up to the window and wait.she opens the window to give us the food and I mention again the burrito is no beans and she responds,"yeah I heard you".okay so by the time we get home the taco is cold since they didn't offer to replace that also, even though i had to go all the way home then back to taco bell then back home again.i felt it should have been replaced with the other food so everything would have been hot like it should have been the first time.the taco shell was also hard and chewy so I was only able to eat the bottom where the meat was.it was like eating some really old chips that sat on top of the refrigerator for months.mistakes happen but that's too many for one order and the attitude with no apology got me also.i dont ask to be comped anything,I just want the correct order done right at least by the second trip.I swore off Arby's this week and I guess I'm done with taco bell also.its overpriced for what you get anyway.most of the meals are $9-$10 but I can find something at a Mexican restaurant that is higher quality and more filling for $10-$11.if I want fast food I guess I'll stick with sonic.below are the pics I took of the...
Read moreI'm usually not one to make complaints but this one really just didn't sit right with me I'm a manager also and I do not agree with how anything was handled during my whole experience of being at this locations Taco Bell I went through drive-thru the lady (Autumn) was very rude not friendly at all whenever she handed me my food instead of telling me to have a nice day she didn't say anything at all and just gave me an awful look whenever I told her to have a nice day she rolled her eyes at me and gave me extreme attitude and then when I asked her to speak to the manager she laughed as if I was being funny and then when the manager came to talk to me he was unprofessional and just kept saying okay to everything I said and wasn't even trying to make it any better when I had asked him his and hers name he hesitated and when I went inside to get corps # i walked in on her talking about me and he was standing there with her and when he noticed me he asked her to stop and she didnt and as i asked for corporates number he gave me a 1-800 number I would just really like for a corporate or the g.m. of this location to please contact me back because that's just not okay how any of that went on and or was handled if that is how that business is run I would really much rather talk to corporate and see what we can do about getting some new...
