Food was ok. I ordered my pizza well done, & it wasn’t. They never cook it well done at this location if you check the box on the app. AND. I will NEVER order delivery from the location again. First, they never read the instructions you put in the tiny amount of space they give you online. (*I ask them every single time, NOT to knock or ring the doorbell. They have rang/knocked the 4 times I have asked them not to.) SO TONIGHT, I don’t even bother but still checked the “leave at my door” box. He knocks the first time. I give him some time to leave it & then after a minute check my camera, and he is still at the door. I yell at him to leave it at the door. I don’t know if he hears me or not. (AGAIN I checked leave at my door contactless delivery & it says that on the box) he rings the doorbell 2-3 times and just lingers back away from the door every time. At one point I can see the boxes are at my doorstep & he’s not at the door so I turn my carport light off signaling to him to LEAVE. & he STILL lingers for awhile. During this I try to call the store but it just gives me an automated voice message saying my “order was close” & then hung up on me. This store really needs to work on its delivery drivers, because this was just weird. ALSO, I have had delivery drivers call me before when they had a question. Read moreI am traveling and called in my order to be delivered, was given my total and told the girl thank you and hung up, I wasn’t sure I gave the girl my room number so I called back to confirm that I did and was told that my card had declined. I said there’s no way and told her I was looking at my account and it showed it went through she point blank said no it declined. I asked for the address and went to the store, asked for the manager and showed him the withdrawal he said well it did not go through in our end so it’s declined, even though I am showing him my account. So I call my bank get them on the phone the Rep tells him it was processed and it is showing a malfunction on the stores end, the Manager tells her that can’t be and pretty much blows her off. So they reverse my money back to my account after the manager wasn’t believing her. Not once did he say I am sorry for the problem, the fact you drove down here, would you like for us to make them pizza, would you like for us to try the card again, NOTHING! What you have to know is the call goes to the Philippines -- holy cow, the accent is next to impossible. I ordered at 11:10 for delivery at noon #310136397.Yeah, so around 1 PM the guys call me and ask where the pizza is. Called store directly and they are like, no we can't take orders on the phone and we couldn't deliver your order, wrong address. Well, gee. They said they tried to reach me but I didn't see any calls. So, they finally delivered at 2:19 PM for the guys, who already got Taco Bell. I received no credit, no offer for discount and you feel pretty burned. But our office can now try somewhere else, as I will personally.
