TLDR: Amazing service and quality clothes in a variety of styles and price points. Highly recommend.

I have had several bespoke pieces made before and was looking to have another suit and shirt made for a special occasion. I looked around at several Cleveland stores and decided to go in on a Friday afternoon to see what Christophier had available. In between several other walk-in clients I was immediately accommodated. Maurice Jr. took almost an hour just to figure out what I was interested in. There are no flashy sales gimmicks here. He truly want's you to look the best you can in the style you want. We went through dozens of swatches to come up with my new clothes and they went to work making it. It took about 8 weeks and was reasonably priced for the intense amount of detail. At the first fitting it fit almost perfect off just the measurements. They had it tailored in the shoulders, waist, and pant cuffs (about 0.25-0.5 inches in each place) within 48 hours and I got called back in for my final fitting. The clothes, shoes, ties, and fragrances are all great here but Maurice's service sets them apart. Christophier Clothiers is making me a custom suit, and custom shirt for my wedding. He consulted on socks, belts, and shoes, which I also purchased from his store. He got me completely squared away for my wedding in an efficient 2 hours.

The entire experience was white gloved and tailored to my preferences and the characteristics of my event. He consulted on fabrics and styles, clearly drawing on his many years of experience and the knowledge of the local market. He took more measurements than I knew existed. I left feeling extremely confident in how I'd look the day of.

The product was of course not cheap, but I felt it was priced fairly for a completely custom wedding outfit of Italian linen/silk blend built from scratch. Especially considering the level of service I received.

My experience with Maurice was a nightmare. I went to see him to have my wedding tuxedo done and I told him exactly what I wanted. He quoted me a super expensive price and I agreed, then apparently it was without taxes and some add-ons. First fitting was super wide. I told him there is a lot to be fixed here. He said I'll alter it once more and that's it. If you want another fitting, you will have to pay. Second fitting wasn't like what I asked for. I told him I don't feel comfortable, and he said that's what I can offer you. He was very rude and cocky by that time. I had a choice to pay the rest of the money and take it then alter it somewhere else or leave it and lose the money I paid and go buy another one. I decided to pay for it and I ended up buying a new tuxedo and throwing that one in my closet. I am so disappointed on how I was treated, the product I received from you and the amount of money that was thrown...
