You go to certain festivals and they sometimes do not have much of what they are celebrating. This festival was different. There was garlic at every turn. There must have been about a dozen farms selling their garlic, and not just one variety, but multiple types of garlic to choose from. Next, the food. Many of the vendors have incorporated garlic into their offerings. We tried the garlic spring rolls and garlic bites. We even had some garlic ice cream!
