This has to be by far the best place I have picked up at. And I've picked up at a lot of great places, but this place just really knew what they were doing. I showed up for my appointment time a little early, and before I said anything, the very awesome and professional forklift driver Toni knew who I was and told me that she had my load ready to go. She communicated to me that she needed to finish one other trailer and then she will start on mine. And everything she said that she would do, she did. She loaded my trailer properly, and quite honestly I hope to go back because the process was super easy. I also want to mention the guard in the guard shack. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but that dude needs to be given a raise. Despite his professional manner, he was very informative on what to do where to go. He was very polite, and helpful. Was supposed to pick up pre-loaded trailer but turn out to be live load due to load not being ready. My appointment got pushed out til next day . They have overnight parking. Check in with guard shack first then check in with office by dock doors. Press black buzzer to get in building for office or restroom. There’s a convenient across the street .
