Stayed here 2 nights unexpected. Had to get each night separate due to unforeseen hospital stay with my family member. He had the room ready both nights very very responsive and polite. He was very quick with response and had the room ready and clean. Went to stay a third night and he said I could pay cash to avoid cleaning charges for another night, because I had stayed two nights before. I decided not to stay, and go home. I had an excellent stay here. As it was my first time in the US, Mathew was really helpful in giving me suggestions about the area and how to get around. He is friendly, very responsive, and always ready to share any advice you need about living in Cleveland. He also offers airport pick up for $40 and arrived on time at the airport. The house is clean and tidy, and in a perfect location for someone new to Cleveland. The area is safe, there are many restaurants/bars around, as well as a market and coin laundry nearby that makes is super convenient. I spent about 6 months in a nice House in Little Italy, as I was rotating at a nearby hospital. The house was very clean, well furnished (everything I needed in the kitchen, towels, utensils were included) and quiet. It was just like a long term hotel. Tv/internet/washer/dryer were also there. Matthew was honest, easy to work with, always available when needed, and he genuinely cared for his tenants. I really loved my stay there and highly recommend Matthew and living in Little Italy. If I ever come back to Cleveland, I'll definitely come back to that neiborhood, and ask Matthew for a place....
