Beautiful little exhibit that speaks about the abolitionist movement in northeast Ohio and its part in the underground railroad and the political activism of the times. The house is not known to be a true stop on the railroad but works as a symbolic stand-in of the history in the area due to its association with the homeowners who were abolitionists. The original house in the back is converted into a beautiful exhibition space. The exhibition showcases a Cleveland-wide tour of known stops on the RR as well as a nice compilation of stories and photographs on view. They are searching for funding to renovate the rest of the house so it can be open to public tours, as it stands it is mainly just stud work left in the interiors in the front section.
