Started going here with a friend because of its proximity to Case Western and the student pricing which was incredibly reasonable. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this little studio! The teachers are so kind and knowledgeable, and the sessions are sooo yummy. I honestly leave feeling reborn.

It can occasionally be a bit crowded because of how popular the classes are, but it’s so fun to be in a group that is working hard and going through a vinyasa together.

It’s my second week and I’ve already gone over 5 times :) I certainly plan on talking as many classes as I can...

This studio has been a compassionate crucible that has healed me in so many ways over the years. Every teacher and every student whom I have encountered has been an inspiration to me and has always made me feel welcome. With every class, I have been motivated to be self-aware, to love myself, and to be gentle with myself, so, off the mat, I can be more compassionate to others who have or have not yet discovered yoga.
