Not a bad book store for what it is. It's mainly CWRU merchandise though and not much of a bookstore anymore since they've moved. It only has one large bookshelf and about two tables of books, the rest being CWRU merch, a very small art and school supply section, and the "apple store" area. Normally has good customer service except for the older blonde woman (do not know her name sadly) I went there to order in a book that they didn't have and when I went to the desk and asked to place an order she sighed and rolled her eyes at me. She slammed on the keyboard while typing but got the order in and when I thanked her she said nothing and walked away. Another time I was in there she accidentally bumped into me when walking by and I apologized and she walked away without saying anything or apologizing too. Everyone else is super sweet and helpful! As such, it has quite a large amount of CWRU memorabilia, including shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, jackets, and more. It also has an upper floor which manages books for CWRU. However, as a college campus bookstore, the prices on textbooks are absurdly high, and sell back values are low. There is also an attached cafe, for snacks and beverages. This Barnes and Noble also attempts to sell laptops and tablets. For how much I love typical Barnes and Noble, this branch is overpriced, small, has a very small book selection and a very large college memorabilia section.
