The Deli — Local services in Cleveland

This was my second visit. First visit, yesterday, was good. I purchased lottery and a few grocery items. Cashier was very nice and pleasant. Today, different guy and totally different attitude. I was putting in lottery numbers for midday and evening and the system went down due to weather/rain. As he rebooted the system, I decided to wait to see if the system would come back up. It seemed he was highly annoyed by my presence and waiting. He kept saying I don’t know when it’s coming back up. I then asked him, is it ok if I wait a few moments, he repeated again and added that midday is about to be cut off. Okay Sir, I’m out and won’t return. I’ll take my business back to West 85 where the service is consistent...

Nice people, but the prices for food were quite a bit higher than expected. i wouldn't have minded if prices were listed on the items, but i got 3 things that normally would have been $10 at a similar corner store and it was $14 here. the same items would have been about $6 at Walmart or Save-a-Lot. again, i wouldn't have minded if the prices were listed, but being hit with a large unexpected price at the register just leaves a bad impression. please put price stickers on items so people at least know...

The "men" who lease the Deli are going to long lengths to ruin the over all quality that Dave and Maria spent over a decade providing. It's not your imagination!! The cashier at night does charge at least an extra 10-25¢ if not more one every item in the store. That cashier will also cause issues with a customer in front of other customers!! I have boycotted this...
