Ready Set is the new roaster on the block and absolutely killing it. Going to fit in very well.in the Cleveland roasting scene. As a roaster myself, their San Franciscan Roaster being right near the cafe seating wafts the smell of the fresh roasts which can be off-putting for non-roasters, smells like honey & grass. I enjoy the smell because I'm around it so often.

The Yirgacheffe I had was so flavorful. Perfectly extracted and the fact they sell cupping spoons with their logo? Such a unique and fascinating idea I have not seen any of the other Cleveland shops do yet!! Ready Set has a wide selection of coffees, and the packaging and branding is super clean and modern.

The interior of the cafe with the black and white tones and pops of colors with the blue and hand drawn art in the adjacent room give the cafe a fun and playful atmosphere while also being soft and mellow with the brick and wood tones.

Fantastic brewing equipment fitted with nitro cold brew taps as well as a dual-head La Marzocco Espresso Machine, pourovers, and fun but not over-the-top specialty drinks. A...

Bagels and some other goods are made in-house! Biscuits by Roaming Biscuit available Fri-Sun. I enjoy the bagel breakfast sandwiches or a toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese.

Some of my favorite drinks: cold brew, iced strawberry matcha, black cat mocha, and a plain ol’ drip coffee. Plus they have plain sparkling water on tap available for free.

The atmosphere is great for small informal business meetings or catching up with a friend.

There are three spaces for patrons with a range of seating: window counter seating, two- and four-seat tables, and high-top tables.

Other notes: Check their hours! They close at 2pm weekdays as I write this. Ready Set roasts their own beans in-house! Once in a while the process is a little loud, but it’s part of the ambiance. The space has lots of windows that flood it with beautiful light; with that, it runs slightly on the warm side in summer and screen glare may be an issue if you...

This was ny first time visiting, but it definitely won't be my last now that I've discovered what an absolute gem this is! Located on the corner of Detroit and W 73rd, Ready Set Coffee Roasters boasts a relaxed and modern setup with a large amount of seating room and options, making sure to utilize the space they have -a feature a lot of new cafés can find some opportunity in! I ordered a biscuit with egg, cheese, and bacon -that was probably the best breakfast biscuit I've had in quite some time. I kinda want to just buy a biscuit to enjoy by itself! I also ordered an iced Milk & Cookies drink and my goodness, what a perfect drink to balance the savory sandwich. It deserves the "not too sweet" golden star. IYKYK ✨️😂.
