Everything is 10/10 across the board. Vibe was amazing, service was phenomenal, atmosphere was magical. My only issue and the reason Im leaving a one star review, is because I have worked in the service industry for years. Studied wines weekly, upon trainings with sommeliers in the hospitality industry and even studying to become a somm myself. The issue at hand was the fact that we dispensed an orange skin contact wine, (which i understand sediment, tartrates and minerality) but this wine had little creepy worms in it. Maggots if you will, which were noticed after tasting. Tartrates look like crystals or flakes, little shards of ice. Not itty bitty worms with a black dot on the end, squirming. I understand in the bottle itself an insect would not survive, but in the spout in which it dispenses, surely is most likely. I was very disappointed with how the woman saved herself by dumbing down tartrates for me, while lacking accountability upon the issue and acknowledging its a lack of cleanliness. Thankfully she took care of the $2 pour but i am now extremely uncomfortable. We did purchase a sealed bottle, in respect for a woman owned local business, but i do not recommend using the dispensers. Just buy a bottle and pour yourself a safe glass. Better to be safe than sorry. Again, i loved the vibe and do not want to bash a business but this needs awareness and i hope they can...
Read moreThis place was pretty fun! You get a wine card that allowed you to get wine from the self-serve machines. There are maybe 30ish different wines?? They are in order from white - red with tasting notes above each one. I really appreciated the tasting notes! You can choose from a tasting, half a glass, or a full glass for your selection. Each wine varies in price, but it's displayed on the machine right there for you!
The place had a good aesthetic with cute pink couches, plants, etc. There was an additional room for seating.
The only reason I knocked off a star was because it was EXTREMELY busy when I went, and the check-in and check out line was the same, so it took forever to check out.
I know they are fairly new, so maybe they'll get a handheld system to quickly check out people when they're busy like that.
The check in process was a little lengthy because they showed you how to use the machines, so it made the line go so slowly.
Overall, I will 100% recommend...
