(5) Stars? No Questions here my friends. The exchange down at the steel yard commons is the place to go these days. Whether your buying, selling or just looking around, I almost guarantee you a good time. The store is cool,Point, Blank Period. If you think all they have and deal with is movies and music, you have another think coming. Check out a few of my photos I'm getting ready to Post and you may be taken by surprise. Did I mention the staff? Forgive me, every single one of them male and female are helpful, patient, kind, respectful, caring, nice and they will work with ya in more ways than one. This past week, I personally have went there a total of three times to look around and conduct a little business persay. For some odd reason, when I leave there store, I actually feel a tad bit happier than I did when I first walked in there. Great Prices, Great People and a freaking Wide Variety of merchandise both new and used. I would honestly think there is a little something there for each and every one of us. So, what are you waiting for my friends? Let's all rent out a huge U-Haul truck and we can all car pull down to The Exchange pretty much next door to target down in the Steel Yard Commons. Update, It's September 13, 2025.These past couple of days I have went back to the exchange and I had the pleasure of meeting a new store manager who's name is Kye. Set all jokes aside, he's a brother like no other. It's the main reason I will continue to go to this exchange.In my opinion,It all begins with customer service and that's more than an opinion! That's a fact!Hats off to you "Kye" and your co-workers. You got something good unfolding in your store and that is one thing you can't put a Price tag on. The worst Exchange out of all their locations. We recently moved to the area and I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and quality of product. Walking around the store, there seems to be very little used product besides a small selection of older games, and an overwhelming amount of DVDs no one is buying anymore. Their floor staff is very helpful and kind, the issue is behind the counter. You cannot get anyone’s attention unless asking, and they have lack of focus when it comes to their trades. Their employees will sit behind the counter and talk while trying to tackle the largest trade before the ones that came in in chronological order. If you ask about the status of your trade, they get irritable. Out of the 5 times I have been in, I have never been greeted. Overall just a very unwelcoming environment. I believe I caught the name of the employee that was the most rude, Joe. Every time I am in the store I am unfortunate enough to have to deal with him. He is rude, and has been wishy washy with their trade, transfer, and buying policy. If you’re going to visit an Exchange in the area, make the drive to Parma or Lakewood. You will have a better selection and be treated properly in a normal customer service...

Just terrible. Never experienced service this awful and im not one to complain.

First waiting to get an item from a case and staff walk by when its clear in waiting for assistance.

15 mins later waiting to ring out behind the only cashier ringing someone up 2 staffmembers just standing there, but figured they couldnt ring out. Someone asks for a tv behind counter and staff member then rings them up. Literally 10 seconds later the other staff members tells someone not waiting in line ill cash u out at the end. Guess i was just waiting in the line to get a sun tan. Had to leave and not get a action figure i promised a kid, at that point willing to take the backlash from that instead of dealing with clear disrespect and incompetence
