I'm giving 3 stars because when they want to, their work is exceptional. Although overtime they take more and more of your money and services decline. I've spent countless dollars here, brought and referred relatives, tipped generously and the past few times I told myself "time to find a new place"

I've been a customer for over 5 years and deal with only getting good service sporadically because a friend referred me, but at the same time it doesn't negate the level of quality I deserve when spending my hard earned money. Many times my grey's wouldn't be covered after paying for an expensive glaze, they would only section it off sometimes and others just glop it on my head while the dye runs down my face...and when it was good I'd get rollers and conditioning ...

I recently spent $890, tipping 60 and 20 to shampoo girl for extensions. When I brought them in they told me how great the extensions were but when half of them slipped out within 2 weeks. The half that were installed well stayed but it looked awful...all of the sudden it's the extensions I purchased. Either way I messaged them getting no response then went in and asked they fix it. We tried adding 5 back in and they did not work. I had just wanted them removed at this point. They agreed to remove them and do a free glaze

After they do it they charge me for the removal...which wasn't what we agreed on...I am extremely upset and will not be returning to this salon anymore. It left an awful taste that after 5 years they would be that petty...after how generous and loyal I have been. I guess money runs everything ..but literally 35$ to lose a lifetime customer ...after I've spent thousands with...
