I first went to Evelyn Furs over 20 years ago when John’s father was there, who was a wonderful man. I recently discovered his son John is just like his father. He takes such special care and listens to his clients, not to mention his amazing skills in tailoring.

I brought him some fur coats for repairs and I am so happy with the results! And the repair price was very reasonable.

I also fell in love with a Persian lamb coat at his shop, but it was too small for me. I absolutely love his alterations and how it fits. I love the coat!

I am so happy to have met John, and somehow consider him a friend from the first time that we met.

I highly recommend Evelyn Furs and John to all my friends and to everyone. And by the way, I am one picky person. I look forward to future endeavors! I’m sure his father is very proud of him watching...

OMG so I walked into the store and met John. I just purchased a bomber jacket filled with down on clearance. It fit perfect but needed something. The jacket was deep olive green with a hood and I asked John what we could do? He put a thick black fur wrap around the hood and tweeked the collar also. The jacket now draws looks from everyone. An outstanding EXPERIENCE!! My coats are outstanding simply gorgeous! The story is, that I met John, as he was standing outside his store on Anderson Ave on Thanksgiving eve. I asked him if he did glazing?? He ran got a card and gave it to me! Well the rest is, my coats were ready within 1.5days. I paid a minimum to have them cleaned, and guess what? He even repaired a rip under the arm of my mink jacket. Aww! I love Evelyn Fashion Furs!! Where else will you receive such amazing service? No...
