Chico's — Local services in Clifton

Stopped by the store this past Saturday to pick up a jacket I had ordered for my Mom. Was my first time at this location. I am familiar with Chico's, yet have not spent much time in these stores, as I didn't know if I liked their clothing. The women at the Promenade Shops at Clifton, NJ location were so kind, friendly, helpful! Fantastic customer service! One woman showed me in person the jacket which I had ordered for my Mom, and it is beautiful! I ended up ordering an outer coat and turtleneck sweater for my Mom. And a wonderful sales representative showed me a new sweater which was beautiful, and would also look great on my Mom! Had a wonderful experience at this location, and look forward to going back again in the future to look for future gifts for my Mom! My father and I just had such an enjoyable experience shopping with Janine today at Chico’s in Clifton. She was knowledgeable of the inventory and offered me great options in the styles I was looking for. My senior father and I were shopping for my Mother for Christmas. Janine, as well as both other employees whose names I didn’t catch unfortunately, were so patient with my Dad, friendly and laughed with us- it was a great time! They helped so much and we love all that we bought. 10/10...
