Spring Garden Express — Restaurant in Clifton

Update: Right aftet posting thiw the owner called me directly and as i assumed, they had begun using an answering service that has been providing terrible service. She went out of her way to even try to provide a free lunch which I refused (because I appreciated the effort in valuing my loyalty and i would never take money out of her hand for poor service from a third party).

I will continue to go back to Spring Garden as I value a business that places value on their customers.

Revising my 2 stare to 5. Food is just to damn good to pass up!

Oringal reponse: I've been ordering from spring garden for over 5 years. I love the owner and the food is amazing but ever since they have been using the new people answering the phone, I cannot get a simple order of steam chicken with broccoli, pork fried rice and wonton soup. Today I was told this common order that I have order for years is not offered ok the menu.

I have had it with this place and the pain I have had placing a simple order.

I just moved into the area of Clifton. I love Chinese food so I needed to find a Chinese restaurant that had delicious food. Where I was moving from, their Chinese food was amazing, so I started looking abs trying out a few places in the Clifton area. After around 4-5 stops in different Chinese restaurant locations.... I finally stopped and fell in love with Spring Garden! Their food was fresh ans super delicious. The peopl who worked there were super friendly. I seriously think I’m now addicted to this place! I ordered lunch special - Sesame Chicken and spring rolls. 5 minutes of finishing the lunch to whatever i can eat, just threw up everything I just ate. The food had some funky odor. Don't think the food was "good" or fresh.

I thought It is just me. No the food is definitely spoiled. Come to think of it, it was most likely the chicken meat that went bad and rancid. Bad meat.

Maybe it was just my food only this time. and maybe this is an isolated incidence. Maybe this does not happen to other people, BUT ! I will never visit here...
