If I could give this particular CVS Pharmacy drive through a ZERO I would. On Sunday, 11/1, my husband had a scheduled COVID-19 test for 10am. We arrived at 9:55am, where we were told we had to wait until 5 minutes for the actual appointment time. (Fine). A few minutes after 10, the woman asked my husband for his ticket confirmation number, photo ID and insurance card. To make a long story short, at 10:38 they told us they couldn't give him the test because the insurance company denied the test. We know this is not true because I was able to get a test at a CVS (different location) without a problem. They didn't even ask for my insurance information because you not only have to fill it out on the appointment form, but you also need to include a picture of the insurance card. My husband was able to get the test a few days later at a different CVS location. He explained what happened to the worker at the new location, and was told that this particular Clifton location was notorious for doing this to patients because they simply "didn't want to administer COVID-19 tests anymore". It's sickening and extremely disappointing that a corporate company would do that to people during a pandemic and to people who really need the test. Luckily, there are other CVS locations that have hardworking, dedicated, and kind staff that are ready, willing and able to help their patients...
Read moreI wish I could write a good review on this pharmacy but I can’t get help from them when I call. How can that be possible? Who manages this store? Over an hour of wait time is not acceptable. In addition, the telephone service need so much improvement. This is such a big company for the poor quality service they provide. I also want emphasize that once I spoke to the pharmacy area, the person was very helpful, but again waiting over an hour to speak to them is not aceptable. I wonder if the lines were not working. If management is reading this. Kindly improve your service. We need you as much as you need us. Don’t make us look for other options that could jeopardize the business of...
Read moreUnfortunately because of their lack of standard amongst their employees I had to deal with a simple minor mistake that could've been avoided if the person checking me out wasn't completely high with bloodshot eyes. When I called about the mistake not even 10 minutes after I left the store I was greeted with the most rude customer service from the top of their line. Because I have worked in customer service for over 10 years including CVS I know the options the employees had to handle the situation and was blatantly lied to you talked over and yelled at and then eventually hung up on. I guess I should of known this was a joke of a place when I saw junkies sitting outside and the...
