Let me say this, as a "Customer" and spending my money here, I am entitled to my frustration after being yanked around because of miscommunication between associates,misleading information, and policies being broken. I've been told by the manager that she refuses to serve me and canceled my order right in front of me. I felt the need to record what was being said and her refusal to serve me. Instead of answering my questions,which were legit, like " why is it that you could verify my references using MY OWN personal phone the day prior,yet say its your policy not to do that today. She would not speak or give her name,then refused my service again, telling me to give my card so that she can refund,which I also asked her not to do but she proceeded anyway in spite. I've contacted your corporate headquarters and its a shame that business is conducted in this manner. Aarons in all may be an excellent company, but I have yet to see anything resembling that and will decide to take my business and spend my hard earned money elsewhere, a place with more professionalism. Be careful of this location. Manager Brittany (sorry if thats not her right name,but I believe it is) attempted to make me feel like I was a threat, calling me hostile and telling me she would call the police. Which was completely ridiculous because I was never disrespectful or hostile towards her, which is probably why she never picked up the phone. Yet, because I'm an upset black man, calling her out on what they dropped the ball on, I became a danger to her?? Clearly something...

If you're thinking about renting furniture from this place or any place I ask you to truly think about it! Are you being desperate? Why not do layaway at another store? Or why not just save the money? Also let me ask you this if you have a $100 dollar bill and I asked you can I buy your $100 dollars with my $10 dollars would you sell me your $100 dollars for my $10 bucks? My guess is you wouldn't, because it makes no sense, that would be crazy! Right? I got a living room set from them that cost $900 bucks at Wayfair but they charged me $3500 for it. Learn from other people mistakes and don't do the same. If you decide to rent from them anyway, well expect them knocking on your door, calling your family, calling your home, showing you no respect! Did my application online and went into the store the next day to set up delivery and sign paperwork. The store manager told me that my things would be delivered between 5-7pm. I told him I had a prior engagement that I had to be to at 6:30p and could they be at my house by 6pm. He told me yes. Well they didn't show up until after 6:47pm. That's when the store manager called me and asked me where was I cause the guys are at my house and no one is home. Then said well they'll be out tomorrow same time. I sat here and waited for them until 6:55pm. I called the store and the guy there said he didn't have anyone to deliver my things and that they would be out the next day. Are you kidding me??
