Appliances 4 Less — Local services in Clinton Township

I bought a new fridge, and a used dishwasher and oven from this place. I bought all these appliances 3 days before Halloween. They appliances came the day before Halloween. I was hosting a Halloween party at my house. Robert stated that all of the old appliances would be taken and I could ask the delivery driver if he could install the dishwasher. With no indication that I would have to be charged for it. I got stuck with my dishwasher that I bought in the middle of my kitchen cause I thought it was gonna be installed when it was delivered. The delivery driver didn’t install the fridge door on correctly and it was dinging every 30 seconds for 12 hours until we could figure out why it was dinging. They also sent me the wrong oven. When I noticed I called Robert immediately. He said that he would send me a “better one” within a week and that was “not how they did business”. I gave him a week and a half till I called him. No answer. I called him a couple days later. He answered and said that he forgot to put my invoice on his desk to remind him of my wrong oven and said that he had a shipment coming in and that he would call and send me pictures of different ovens when he get his shipment in. No call. I gave him some time and once I called him again he said that he would be going to his ware house and that he would once again send me pictures of “better” ovens and if he didn’t have any good ones that he would get me a brand new oven. I also noticed when I received this wrong oven that it looked like the clock on the oven was damaged. But after I was staring at the clock in my kitchen one evening I seen something moving in the clock. There is a bug in this appliance that I guess I am now stuck with. This might seem like a novel, but I owe these guys the world and 10 stars! I purchased a used fridge from a different appliance store and when it didn’t work I was unable to reach them or arrange to receive another used fridge from them as planned. I waited almost 10 days without a fridge & being 30 weeks pregnant I had no food besides some bare essentials I could keep in my garage. I walked into the appliance plug right before they closed last night and explained my situation to the owner who didn’t hesitate to help me. He found a NEW fridge in the size I needed in the spare of the moment, gave me a great deal and had it delivered not even 24 hours later. I was conflicted in my review rating because I was so happy with my refrigerator and stove I purchased, the customer service was good, the delivery was flawless with the car they took to get the appliances in without causing damage. The refrigerator is hugh. I made this purchase in March right when Covid was hitting our communities hard. And in September for the second time my refrigerator is not cooling. The first time was due to a power outage and it regulated itself within a day. This time the rep at appliance plug said their refrigerator guy is on vacation and they can't help me til Monday it Thursday, I have kids can't go without a refrigerator that long or I could come and purchase another one. So who is spending $700 on a refrigerator every 6 months. What an insult. I am trying so hard not...
