Chris had such a pleasant personality and great conversation. You could tell that she knew a lot about not only the jewelry they sell there but also how to make their customers happy. I went in for a 32 inch necklace that was very hard to find which they also didn’t have in stock at that time. Now, I thought that was the end of my visit there and I wasn’t going to get what I had needed there. Chris then finds a way to have the necklace that I needed to be made right then & there on the spot. She had her husband which was also a nice man to add a additional link onto a chain that I selected to make it what I had needed it to be. It still amazes me that they were willing to customize and combine something for me right then and there without making me wait any additional time for them to make it. I left there not only satisfied but also in a great mood from the interaction I had with them both. Fantastic shop, had a chain I just bought and brought it in here to see if maybe I could find something a little longer and possibly trade. Which they definitely did. But… they had a better idea since I was happy about my chain besides the length to add a extension to it, although since my chain is a different style figaro the links weren’t going to match 100% but it wouldn’t be that noticeable unless you were going to look at it closely. I agreed and that didn’t bother me… Come to find out she found the exact length, style, thickness AND same karat of gold as my chain, what are the chances of that??? Cant even tell they have been added even if you are looking for it. I believe everything happens for a reason not only am I now 100% satisfied in my chain, I have found the perfect shop that I know will take care of me...
