I had an awful experience at Atis Jewelers. For my birthday, my husband paid $180 to have an old chain made into a bracelet and ankle bracelet. The bracelet broke the very next day, and when I brought it back, I was rudely asked, “What did you do to it?” They “fixed” it, but it broke again the same week.

When I returned a second time, I was told it would “keep breaking” because the chain was hollow and even advised to “invest in a nicer necklace next time.” The owner refused to come out and instead yelled from the back, “What does she want me to do about it?” before making me sign a paper saying there was no warranty and they wouldn’t fix it again.

You would think an experienced jeweler would know whether the chain was strong enough before taking $180, instead of pretending it was fine and then blaming me when it fell apart. Terrible customer service and zero accountability — I will never return and don’t recommend trusting them with...

I came here twice several years ago once to get some rings sized they were absolutely rude to me & acted snobby! Thought it may just be one lady that way behind the counter. Went there a couple years later to get another ring sized & it was even worse! The lady said i hope you know these diamonds arent real and it will cost you almost as much to get the ring sized than the ring is worth!! I said i know they arent real! Maybe its sentimenal to me?!! I had a great experience buying my engagement ring from here. I found a beautiful 18k white gold setting with many pave diamonds offered for a better price than I could find anywhere else! Their talented jeweler was able to resize it from 6.5 to 4 on the same day and made sure all the diamonds were secure. The ring was round with perfect prongs and I could not tell it was ever resized at all. Sandy paid attention to what I wanted and she really cared about making sure I would be happy with the ring.
